Great hotel. Very clean. Wonderful bathroom and great central location

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk to the old town and a 10-15 minute walk to the more lively strip. On booking through Expedia there were multiple options for room types. I paid extra for 2 x rooms with two double beds (booking for two couples). On arrival it was clear that one room had 2 x single beds whereas the other had bigger beds. On raising this to reception I was told that all the rooms were the same and that there was nothing that could be done. The receptionist was quite blunt. So I had paid extra but not recieved one of the rooms to the expected booking. The hotel itself is nice enough, roof top bar was nice with a great view. The indoor pool is ok, but you have to give 30 minutes notice to use any of the Spa facilities (sauna etc) and pay extra for the privellage, we didn’t fancy hanging around waiting as wanted to use the facilities sporadically. All in all, good for location, but would advise to check the rooms as I feel you pay extra for the same room as if you booked the cheapest price! This did put a negative on the stay but Benidorm was great and will be back, albeit a different hotel.

Great experience and one of the best hotels in Benidorm, great value for the money . Everything was perfect, with one advice : “add more vegetables for breakfast like tomatoes or cucumbers “

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to make the most of their holidays in Benidorm! The location couldn't be more fantastic! It's super central, close to all the shops and restaurants and less than 5min walk to the beach. My room was big, comfortable, very well decorated, super clean and the view was amazing! The staff have a keen eye to detail and they went extra mile when suggesting a day trip to Arbil and Altea, which was really worthy! The shower was powerful and the breakfast varied.

I stayed at the Hotel Madeira Centro for the first time in January 2024 for a post-Christmas weekend. Located very centrally just a couple of hundred metres from the beach, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the front door. With 20 floors, it's a big hotel which dominates the skyline in the area and the Rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. My room was a good size, warm, clean and comfortable and although the bath and bathroom were a little cramped, the shower was excellent. Spotlessly clean throughout, checking was really quick and the friendly welcoming approach of the check in staff was matched by all the staff I encountered. Breakfast was good quality with a good choice to suit most diets. Remarkably, despite the size of the hotel, breakfast was a fairly relaxed and calm experience, unlike the 'feeding frenzy' often experienced in similar establishments. Parking, at €20 per day was fairly expensive and although the charge of €8 to use the sauna and steam room is not extortionate, I felt that a charge just to use the small gym was unnecessary. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel has elevator problems, always 10-15 people waiting at reception level. Complicated check-in. First time in 15 years using Hotels.com the reception required me to send the e-mail confirmation that I had a booking. Great location and clean pool. Great cleaning staff.

Excellent hotel with great WIFI. Near the beach and great breakfast. Cleaning lady Berta was very accommodating and pleasant with us.

Room flooded in the middle of the night. Not even an apology from staff for the disturbance and inconvenience. Had to use facilities on ground floor as bathroom was unusable which made a lengthy process going up and down the floors especially at peak breakfast time. Also had to chase up toiletries which didn't make an appearance. Used to be a favourite hotel for us but will have to find an alternative after this disaster.

I love the location the staff didn't see to know the answer to a few questions we ask one said one thing and a different one a different answer a little confusing, the pool is on the small size considering how big the hotel is but overall nice hotel specially the roof terrace super time there with a few cocktails. 😊

Staff spoke excellent English and where always super helpful. The hotel has some great features from a sky lounge to pool. Really well located for access to the beach and to local amenities. My airport transfer was with Abas and they do not go to outside the hotel and is a little bit of a walk. I should have taken the hotels own transport as my friends did and they were very happy with it.

Great hotel close to beach and old town. Excellent views and cocktails from the roof top bar. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Benidorm is beautiful in February!

We got upgraded to a superior room and it was so spacious, staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay at this hotel again, in a fantastic location

Hotel was fantastic and the location was great. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach.

Very disappointed when i couldn't have a cup of tea in my room but you can apparently if you have the supreme room according to reception, so when i go back to benidorm in summer i wont stay there again, otherwise lovely hotel, just let down by a cuppa.

beautiful hotel, staff majority were friendly apart from a couple of people working in the restaurant but they were always run off their feet because the staffing levels were not enough for the number of guests. Food was only average and a bit repetetive. It is in a convenient spot for the beach, the old town and if you want a longer walk the bars of Levante.

Room was in good condition and very clean. The Air Conditioning did not cool the room as much as we would normally expect, possibly due to the high outside temperatures. The English breakfast options were not of the quality I would pay for in England. Check-in was slow, one person in reception was happily battling hard but we were annoyed at how long it took to process those ahead of us. The lifts had long queues most of the day. Hotel is well located and above issues would not stop us using it again.

This is one of the best hotel in Benidorm. The location is perfect, the staff is service minded and professional. The rooms have a great size with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean. The beds are comfortable and they guarantee you a good night sleep. The breakfast is a variety between Spanish dishes and continental food. I give this hotel my strongest recommendation and I stay there every time I’m in Benidorm.

Hotel room wasn’t up to standard swapped for a better room, Non of the facilities that were advertised as open were actually closed very disappointed

The hotel was great it was reasonably spacious, clean rooms, however the Aircon didn’t work in either of the rooms we booked. We Booked half board which either gave you breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. We opted for breakfast and dinner and have never been so disappointed ever with both of the meals. The breakfast was cold, hot dog sausages, fatty bacon and how you can cook beans and eggs to such a bad standard really takes a lot of effort. The evening meal was even worse than the breakfast with everything tasting as though it had been boiled to an inch of its life. With limited choice of 3 main meals which was described as international, if Spain counts as international, I’m guessing it was. Once we had made our food choice the wrong meals came out and the waitress insisted that we had ordered another dish despite us having written it down on a pre-request sheet. Would really think twice about eating here, just opt for room only. There are some really nice places to eat in Benidorm, but this isn’t one of them!

This hotel looks amazing from the outside but rooms are basic.no kettle in room was disappointing and had to pay for safe overall the hotel was ok but dont think i would return
