Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

We found many issues with the property maintenance and service (AC, hot water, overflowing tub).

LSU does it better. This is an amazing hotel with comfortable rooms with blackout curtains and a breakfast buffet. Great place to stay if you are headed to campus or want to be close to downtown. Parking is free. They also have a gift shop with LSU merchandise and tiger themed items. Speaking of Tigers- you can easily take a walk to see Mike's habitat or go the other direction and take a stroll around the lake.

Got to the hotel, wasn’t greated upon arrival could tell the front desk people were dealing with something. Once everything was taken care of for room quickly. Room stayed hot.

Beautiful property on a beautiful campus. The stay was great. The only bad thing was that our neighbors were loud and kept us up until 1 am. That was awful but the rest was fine!

I wish they had a restaurant all day on the premises but otherwise it was perfect for our visit to LSU

Our trip was amazing! We enjoyed the tranquility of the whole place.
The only problem was that the hot water struggled to get hot for us one evening. Called the front desk and was promised service but no one showed up. Finally got hot water the next mid-morning

The room layout was great. However it took forever to get hot water
Maintenance said boiler was on opposite side of bldg.
Curtains were falling off rod and tissure was about to fall off wall. Room needed Maintenance.

If you want to just visit the LSU campus, it’s the best.

The staff was nice but I was disappointed in my stay. The pool was broken during our stay, the pillows were hard, the bed was not comfortable and the breakfast was terrible. They offered the same boring breakfast everyday and no seasonal fresh fruit or yogurt or healthier options.

I’m very disappointed about the lady at check in she was very rude and unprofessional because I booked through Expedia when we passed the check in I politely asked for an extra shampoo and she stated that they run out no more shampoo at the hotel I couldn’t believe it but it’s what it’s on this days. I’m pretty sure she will get fired ASAP

Hotel was nice. Kitchen floor was a bit dirty. Phone was broken and could not call the front desk. Trouble with the AC but was able to figure it out by turning it off and on again. Front desk staff was very nice.

The room was clean and adequate. The lobby was freezing. Very uncomfortable sitting there to watch the game and play cards with friends. The breakfast was very disappointing. Out of several items. Surprised to see sign saying only take two pieces of bacon. Had to ask for butter and jelly. Have had better breakfasts at most chain hotels.
