The host was very easy to work with and communication was great-very quick to respond to my questions. Good, central location to restaurants and stores and easy beach access.

Great access to a very nice beach. Next to a busy street with road noise at night Pool is very small but nice. The floors were not clean. Didn’t wear shoes in the house and the bottom of our white socks were black from the floor day one. It was nice to have bunk beds but they were in the common area and had to go through to get to the other upstairs bedrooms.

Our group stayed at this property upon getting permission from the owner for a spring break trip. When we arrived, the property was very clean with clear instructions provided to us about check-in/check-out. Throughout our stay Ben’s Beach Homes was quick to respond to any of our questions. Our stay was hospital, cleanly, and all of our members thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property!

This home is lovely and spacious. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We had some minor issues that the staff addressed immediately and graciously. Loved our stay and will try to do it again. We came from 4 different states so it was wonderful to be together in such a warm and inviting place

Ben can't do anything about the road noise, but the house was great! Close to the beach, nice small pool, nicely appointed. The only negative I have is the shower floors were not that clean. We went to Dollar General and got a spray bottle of Comet with bleach and sprayed. Could have used some scrubbing but it mostly came clean. Other than that, everything was great!

This home was perfect for our annual friend trip with plenty of bedrooms and convenient walking access to the beach and local activities. This was big for us since we had only one vehicle due to many of us flying.
We did arrive about 45 minutes before check in and had to wait until check in time since we all took Ubers from the airport, but that is understandable. Sandy beach homes take a while to clean!
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and spacious. We did wish more basic supplies were included(such as coffee, spare paper towels, and toilet paper), but this may have been due to our early arrival. The cleaning crew was nice enough to let us go upstairs while they finished below so we didn't have to stay outside in the sun. Quick communication was provided by the host, but we didn't have specific check out instructions on our departure day.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. A beautiful home very close to the beach. It was perfect for our large group.

Beautiful home…very short walk to the beach and equipped with everything we needed! We loved having the private pool and a great added bonus was the alarm on the back door to the pool since we had 3 little ones in our party. I only gave 4 stars on the cleanliness simply because the floors weren’t very clean. Other than that the owners were very responsive when needed and we had a great stay!

Very Clean. Everything was almost brand new. Lots of kitchen items. Bedrooms were not big but plenty of room for two and luggage. The master suite was amazing. The pool wasn't large but we were there for the restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area was great. Enjoyed just sitting on the front porch and hanging with friends and family.
Will definetly consider this place again.

I loved being only 1 short block from the beach, a short bike ride to a great coffee shop & seafood market & liquor store.
The kitchen was the best asset, it was well appointed and quite large.
Nice, but small pool in the back w/ a sectional and BBQ grill. (we never used, it was too cool)
There is road noise, but it never bothered us. Great surrounding neighborhood to walk our dog, safe and clean.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the property. The house is brand new and in great condition. The Jacuzzi was perfect for those chilly nights. Check-in and check-out were smooth with good communication from the manager. We recommend this property to all.

The Location was great not a far drive to Frank Brown Sports Complex, the house was accommodating enough for half a team along with our significant others to stay with us!

Had 4 sisters and brother (and spouses) travel to P.C. for funeral. We all thought the house was perfect for 5 couples. Very nice and bright. Everything was there that we needed. Close to the beach. Only thing we couldn't use was the grill (dirty). Would definitely stay there again.
