Spent one night at this hotel when we first got into Sarajevo. Only 10 minute drive from the airport (cost us 30 BAM via taxi) and food can be found onsite or nearby only a few minute walk. Area felt safe next to the university. Hotel offers a pretty good free breakfast in the morning. Great pool and sauna facilities included in price. Location is farther from the old town.

Nice hotel, close to the airport.
The room amenities were great—spacious, clean, and comfortable room.
Even though checking is at 3:00pm they were kind enough to gave us early check-in.

The location was decent, but the hotel's food prices needed to be lowered for this destination. Just a 5-minute walk to Ilidza Center, you could find similar food for a fraction of the price. I was surprised to discover that the hotel room lacked an iron, which was inconvenient as I needed to press my shirt. In all my travels across continents, it was the first time I encountered a hotel of this caliber without an iron. I had to pay an additional fee to pre-book ironing services, which was disappointing considering it was a 5-star hotel. The beds were excessively firm, making it feel like sleeping on the floor throughout my stay.
In the end, I accidentally left some clothes behind and promptly contacted the hotel. Unfortunately, their response was sluggish. After a couple of days, they informed me that my belongings were found but insisted I collect them personally since they couldn't ship them to my location in Bosnia. I explained that I would return in a week after traveling to another destination, but they never replied to that email. Consequently, when I arrived back at the hotel the night before my flight, they informed me it was too late as it was after 17:00. They claimed that only one person had access to the lost and found area, and I needed to be present in the morning. The receptionist seemed apologetic but also tried to shift blame onto me for not arriving on time.

I like the location,the distinguished shape of the building and the ease of accessibility. The quality of food and service in the breakfast room is very good.
The TV in the room was not working during my stay even though it was reported several times. The A/C can’t be controlled from the room.
I couldn’t understand why the man at front disk didn’t accept the payment through the C/C and insisted that it has to be in cash.

This is a lovely hotel. Super responsive staff I had an issue with a light bulb at night and they responded quickly. The breakfast buffet spread is huge and they have farm fresh food for sale. Would recommend!

No American Express accepted! Manager said they did but I called Amex and they did not receive or decline any charges!

The swimming pool and the sauna are on different floors, makes it a little inconvenient. However their fitness center is outstanding, well-equipped. And they have a huge basketball/football court: perfect for vacations with kids

It was very relaxing, even with a 2-year-old child the hotel offered the right balance to allow us to keep here entertained while maintaining the necessary pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Most of the staff were super friendly and attentive to our requests.

I booked a corner roommountain side with breakfast. I brefer river side as it has view and facing the east side.
The parking in the basement carage and its free.
The food is good not excelant but acceptable.

Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.

Not bad. The room was nice and quiet. The staffs always smiling. The only bad thing was the breakfast as it did not feel fresh also it would be better if it had Bosnian breakfast dishes.

We stayed here not really knowing much about it and we were a little surprised. For example you can not get alcohol at this hotel which in fairness is on their website but I was unware of this. Also the location in in the middle of nowhere (close to airport). You can't just walk out of the hotel and go to another restaurant or shops because there is nothing around. Service was good especially the drivers that took us into the old town. On the bad side the room service was terrible. we both were giving the wrong meals and they were inedible. Whatever you do, don't get room service!

It was a nice experience staying at Malak Regency, Sarajevo. The staff are courteous, honest and very helpful. The food was good specially the breakfast buffet. The room always clean and the bedsheet and pillows are generously cleaned and changed everyday. All in all, Malak Regency is the best place to stay in Sarajevo. Although its little far from the city but you experienced the beauty of nature surrounding the hotel.

This is a modern building new hotel. It is literally in the middle of nowhere! To get to restaurants or cash machines you need a good two kilometers walk. The area nearest to the hotel and the hotel seem to only cater for Arabs, full of nargileh and Arabian food one feels somewhere in the lower end neighborhoods of the Gulf. It is a shame that this part of Sarajevo lost so much its beautiful identity.
