Location and staff were amazing.

In general everything was fine: The good thing: The attention at the reception especially from (Suren I hope it is correct), she helped me calmly and efficiently when I forgot my laptop in the taxi. The bad: It is not wheelchair friendly, to enter the hotel you have to climb a staircase with your luggage.

A very modern and spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Disappointed not to have a stand in shower, but there was a handheld shower which we used in the and it was very powerful. Toilet was "squeezed" between wall and bath, which made it a little tricky to sit down if you are on the wider scale!

It's a friendly place to stay. Breakfast is outstanding. A little noisy on the street since its in the entertainment district but if you sleep well its a great place to stay.

The hotel room was clean and the service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Be aware, this hotel is located in a noisy area for nightclubs, so there will be noise until the early hours in the morning, but there is not problem with the hotel itself

Great location and very clean, well air conditioned and speedy WiFi. Breakfast is definitely worth adding with many options as well as fresh eggs & other items, staff are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to a friend and visit again. Small Improvements: refill water in fridges (this is only done once) and make it possible to pay with credit card at desk for taxes, charges etc, cash only can be difficult for those who’s local currency is not Euros.

The breakfast was fantastic along with the staff who were friendly, helpful, and professional. The rainfall shower was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend the hotel.

A very pleasant stay from start to finish. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the lady who served breakfast was friendly and remembered our favourite food each morning. The location is good and I definitely recommend. The only negative was the building work nearby.

In the rooms at the front of the hotel can hear the outside loud music very clearly. There are no mirrors for you to dry your hair in front of. The room lighting is very dim.

Only a short ride from the airport, a talky central location. After suffering a puncture on the way arrived at check-in, very friendly and helpful. Up to the room, I had read the reviews about small things but this hotel is more about location then lounging around. We had a triple large wardrobe a/c tea /coffee facilities good WiFi, and a great shower. The hotel has a bar area, a couple of sofas to suit on and an outside area. The restaurant is on the lower floor, the staff again are great, the food choice to please anyone, got and cold, they will cook what ever you want cant beat a nice latte in the morning.

Great location for St. Julian area. Front desk staff were very helpful at all times. Room was a decent size and very comfortable; windows were very well glazed meaning limited external noise got through. Loved the shower! Only downside is could not get service at the bar one of the evenings and the milk creamer was out of date (was replaced no issue when I binned it).

Hotel staff very helpful. Shower superb. No mirror except for bathroom but they are going to sort this out. No soap in bathroom apart from shower/shampoo sachets to wash your hands!!

Ddream Hotel is in a perfect location for access to buses, shops and a multitude of restaurants and bars. On first sight thought is was going to be noisy but we never heard any night antics from the night revellers. The hotel is bright and airy with a calming decor. The rooms are clean large enough and well equipped with lovely white towels and robes, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Only thing lacking is a mirror in the bedroom area to dry your hair which I brought up with the staff and were very grateful for my comments and said they would look into it, they provided me with a hand mirror for my stay. The breakfasts were like belt and plenty of choice. Johnny the night receptionist was lovely and very helpful a treasure, made us feel very welcome. We were celebrating my sons 21st and he was presented with 6 gorgeous muffins and a card in his birthday at breakfast which was really thoughtful of them. All in all a lovely hotel and we will return.

Nice hotel close to the bars and restaurants of Paceville. Modern, new hotel. Our room was perfect as it was divided into two spaces. We travelled with our 18 year old so this was the best solution to having two rooms. WiFi worked really well!

Stayed two nights. Breakfast lovely catering to all palettes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Room walls need sound proofing as I could hear people talking or walking up and down the stairs.
