Nice hotel. Catalina is small and everything is a short walk.

35tg anniversary weekend in Catalina and had higher expectations based on price point of this hotel. It has been remolded but it’s still old. Rooms do not have a real door, it’s a sliding glass patio door and there is minimal privacy since courtyard rooms all face each other. Kept the privacy curtains most of the time so we felt claustrophobic the entire 3 nights. There are tiny windows high up on the back wall that couldn’t be reached to open. Rooms are so small and no seating available except on he courtyard, which we used. The upper public deck had amazing views and the beach was right across the street. These amenities I guess made up for some the the lacking amenities in the room. Staff was friendly and they work hard to keep it clean. Very hardworking folks. Another feature we appreciated were the use of the beach cruisers and beach chairs. Overall it was a wonderful weekend and made the best of the room even though I dreaded returning at the end of everyday.

By far the location is great and staff friendly. Cleaning crew was awesome and did an amazing job. Our room was so clean and fresh it was a perfect spot to come to and rest to tackle another day in beautiful Avalon. Nothing but great service. Surely will be staying again.

Hotel is immaculate. It had a nice view sitting area that was appreciated because our room was very small. The room was well appointed with good storage, modern decor and extremely clean.

Its a comfortable place with a great location and comfortable accommodations. They have bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available free of charge for guests.

Great Hotel!

Great bed and very clean!!

Very convenient location. Great rooftop views. Rooms are extremely small. Didn’t even have a proper chair to sit in or electrical outlets on either side of bed. Room clean.

The staff was great at the hotel! Especially the young lady at the front, Keonn.

Overpriced for what you get. Definitely doesn’t seem like a hotel at all. I feel like there’s other hotels right around there that are the same exact price a night and are a lot nicer. They don’t have luggage storage so you leave your items out near where anyone could take them. Also it was extremely noisy, very hard to sleep. I will say the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very welcoming, three things I did not like there is no streaming apps like Netflix or prime so you basically have to watch basic tv, also there is no iron in your room and there is no microwave which is horrible inconvenient I had to go out and couldn’t iron my dress

Love it, it was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful we absolutely would want to go back.

Tried to go for a romantic getaway but the hotel is located on tour route so all you hear is loud traffic going by your room non stop all day and night. Front desk girls are rude if you try to check in early and will not even let you check in till 245pm. Restaurant/bar food very basic with no flavor and closes super early. The rooms are cheaply remodeled and no privacy at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are looking for quiet romantic trip. The traffic going by the hotel all day and night was my biggest disappointment, they make it seem like private quiet resort when it’s NOT at all either.

Great stay. Small room but the people and location were great.

They were super friendly and helpful, EVERY ONE of the staff greeted us with a big smile EVERY TIME they saw us. We loved the loaner bikes and other than some noisy upstairs guests the stay was PERFECT! I highly recommend this hotel

This was probably the best hotel you could stay at in Catalina! Super nice, clean, great staff, perfect location on the boardwalk! The only thing I would say is it is a little expensive for the amenities they have, but that is a price you pay for a great location!!

Beach front, they also have bikes for free, chairs and towels for beach and they take your bags to the ferry for you 😀

Overpriced. $350 for a standard room which is less than 100 sq ft..basically a small box right on the hallway outside. Unfriendly welcome by staff. Not coming back here.

Staff was prompt and very responsive. Room was beautiful. Location is perfect, a short walk to every thing your heart desires on the island.
