When I arrived at the property I was a little dubious about the high rating that helped me decide to book this property.
Straight away the greeting and check in process was friendly and smooth and the room was clean, spacious and well equipped.
Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure and the breakfast was good quality and sufficient range of items.
The location is spot on too, with plenty to see and do within a short walk.

The staff are genuinely nice and helpful! We enjoyed the hospitality from Ana and Peter at the front desk, in particular. The breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming; we also enjoyed the clean space all around. Thank you all for the good work to make our trips in Porto nothing but pleasant.

We had a great stay at the Spot Hotel. I was perfectly located for our needs and we were able to enjoy much of Porto in walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying there.

The room is tidy and clean, except I have overlooked the room size and reserved a small room. The breakfast service team has done a fantastic job and provided an excellent experience to the tenants. I rated them the highest grade in Portugal. Overall, the site is very convenient and I will reserve room with the same hotel on my next visit to Porto.

The hotel was great! We booked 2 master suites for 12 people and the rooms were huge. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the city centre where you can walk to different nice places.

Great location, very convenient. Parking onsite nearby, underground. Close/walking distance to shopping, restaurants, many sites. Terrific buffet breakfast included in the stay. Complimentary Self serve coffee, hot water, latte, hot chocolate, etc machine always available on the 5 th floor. The 5th floor had a really nice common area with great patio with spectacular night time views

Staff is exceptionally committed to customer service. Location is ideal as all major attractions are walkable. Paid parking is worth the extra charges. Parking garage is safe and secure. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast could have been better, which is the only thing which the hotel needs to look into further improvement.

Good hotel with kind staff and in proximity to the market. Our apartment was big enough for four people, and nicely equipped. Yet the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable and broke my back. All in all, we had a nice stay and I would recommend this property.

No enough surface, hangers and storage in the room and washroom for putting stuff. The sofa bed is really weak, can’t be used for sleeping, felt really bad in the morning after the night. Other than that it’s ok.

The property was in a great location, walkable to all the local tourist spots, but set a little bit away from the hustle and bustle perfect escape from the noise at night. The breakfast offered both hot and cold foods with a good selection of both. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Peter. I highly recommend this hotel.
