Fabulous apartment right on Flinders St with a tram stop right at the door. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had a dishwasher which was great. A washing machine and dryer was also available in the bathroom. Parking was onsite but a bit of a challenge when we all had multiple bags to carry. Our parking spot was on a higher level than our apartment so we had to walk across a glass crossover to get to the elevator to take us down to our level which was level one. Next time I would drop the bags off at the walkway and then go and park. We loved the balcony which looked out to Flinders St too. Our only cons were: only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people (found a skeric in the laundry cupboard), no instructions on how to use the coffee machine and no longlife milk in the fridge. Apart from that we loved it!

Getting to the property was a bit confusing at first, but once you’re there it’s easy. Lily was so lovely at check in and very accommodating. Can’t really fault the property. Great location!
The only thing I would suggest is for milk to go with our hangover coffees

The apartment is huge, with good amenities. There is no information book, which made working out where to find things and how to use things a little challenging. The kettle didn’t work, and no bin liners were provided. Check in was a little awkward as the cafe seemed confused and needed the name of the person who sent me the email, as opposed to the name of the ‘hotel’. All in all a comfortable apartment, just a few thoughtful touches would make it a great place to stay.

Stayed for three nights over a recent weekend. Starting with the obvious: a quick check of the map shows the accomodation is wedged between a major Melbourne street and several rail lines. It’s noisy, there’s no question. Still, we had a good night’s sleep on each night, so I can only say that it didn’t affect us. That’s the only negative for this property - everything else is outstanding. Communication was great, and we had no issues calling in to pay the security deposit and confirm the parking location. The apartment was clean, secure and had everything that we wanted. There were plenty of eateries out the front and a Woolworths at Southern Cross. Actually, the apartment is extremely close to Southern Cross station, Crown Casino, the Exhibition Centre, the Aquarium - it’s all a block or two away. We will definitely plan to return in the near future.

Excellent location and good price. Need new process to deal with taking a deposit. I wasn’t comfortable with the cleaner taking a photo of my credit card for sending to the property owner.

Grant waited late for our arrival and there were complimentary drinks and milk for our breakfast and stay. The location was right for our trip to Mt Buller, taking VLine from Southern Cross Station.

The location and cleanliness of the apartments were great. It had superb in-room features such as a large TV and Netflix, as well as a washing machine/dryer. I would recommend this place to anybody wishing to stay in Melbourne!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very close to so many places that Melbourne has to offer. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

It was an excellent stay at All on Flinders.
The location was close to public transport in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Also very close to entertainment and shopping places such as Crown casino and DFO shopping centre.
The staff were very nice and welcoming at check in.
The apartment was very tidy and clean when we checked in, and has everything we needed. Nice and cozy with a little balcony on Flinders street.
I really enjoyed the stay at All on Flinders and i recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the middle of the CBD.

Apartment stay with wife and adult kids right outside door was a free tram cafe bottle shop 400m from crown casino. Only niggle can be noisy as only 1 floor up with road and rail noise. Would recommend.

It looked like it was originally a one bedroom apartment but they have put in new walls for a second bedroom. This one had two walls that were blinds - not walls. And had no window. Plus the owners store their own items in 3 large cupboards between the bedrooms so it is quite difficult to get around. The apartment is also very dark and there are two living areas right next to each other with is quite strange. I wouldn't recommend this.
