This is an older place in an established community with a rich history of enjoying a unique South Florida lifestyle. It is overlooking the famous River Walk and minutes from Las Olas without being in the path of the tourists. Yes, we are familiar with the area and have been coming here for years, but were tired of the that same old hotel experience. I wish we had known about this place earlier as it was exactly what we needed to be in the middle of everything, but sleeping quietly outside of the throngs. We even arrived earlier than expected and they said "No Problem." Thanks Artrageous, and RocketStay!

My stay at Artrageous on the river was a good stay. Place was clean and they provided towels and kitchen utensils. Although I had an A/C problem the first two days, the staff was friendly and handle the situation very nicely. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I’m definitely will book again for my next trip to Fort Lauradale.

The outside of the property is outdated. The inside of the property is really nice. The are some small things that need to be kept up that would really make a difference such as replacing parts of the blinds that are broken and tightening the furniture. Apartment 207 is really clean on the inside and enough space for 4 people, maybe more with small children. Great location! I would stay again

Location is Everything beautiful and scenic..The space you get is also worth it. Customer service was helpful when needed to address aesthetic issues... Convenient location to everything no more that 8-15 min drive to store or Beaches no more than 30min drive... If Everytime I visit my daughter in FL if this location available I will always choose here 1st...

The modern renovated appartment was not clean at all. The joint between floor and walls were dirty, the walls were dirty. The bathroom was the worse. It was full of ants, we killed around 20 per day and they kept coming back. The shower was urgh, blood and boogers on the white shower curtain. I’ve never seen anything like it. The good points : The location is really good. Close to Las Olas Blvd, close to the beach. The pool was clean and hot.

Did not stay at this property due to lack of communication, property was very damaged and destroyed, and rooms (after seeing into room at-a-glance) before ever checking in. Noticed it was as damaged as well as rest of property was. Tried to cancel and was denied even though was way before check in time of 4pm local time. Contacted Expedia due property management refused to speak to me and was told need to wait 72hrs for response and nothing happened for entire time of stay therefore no refund given. Expedia said nothing they could do would need to call property which I explained was the whole issue no one there and number provided was getting no response. NOT SATISFIED with how this company treats customers who pay ahead and DON’T receive what they pay for!!!!

First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. The window blinds were falling off or just completely missing on most of the windows. The bathroom layout was awkward being shared between the 2 bedrooms, and the shower curtain did nothing to help keep the water in the shower, so every morning we ended up cleaning up puddles of water. The kitchen is not stocked at all. If you are hoping to cook any sort of meal, you will need to provide all of the necessary ingredients, and the cookware itself was lacking. I was also surprised to see that there were no cleaning products or garbage bags left for us to use. That being said, the location of this apartment is EVERYTHING! If you can get over the no frills apartment, and are looking for a place that is close to all of the action, this is it! The apartment is located across the river on the opposite side of Las Olas Blvd. You will see all of the boats and yachts sail by, but you don’t have to deal with the craziness (or the price) of being directly on Las Olas. Everything is within a walkable distance. Hands down, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Per the email instructions, we arrived at the property. Upon entering the rental there was no furniture in the apartment! Called the property, they kept on directing us to other rooms that were already occupied with other guests. Our parking spot was never guaranteed! We had to constantly call them to assign us a new spot ( because someone was parked in ours ). The place is extremely outdated! Would not recommend

They reached out a lot and replied quickly when I had a question. It’s pretty on the inside and simple.

Pics made it looks much nicer than it actually was. Shower was disgusting with hair on the wall and drain. Water was yellow in the shower.

The place needs updating. The verticals kept falling, the kitchen missed every day things like a can opener or a measuring cup, kitchen towel. There was one roll of paper toilet for two weeks. We had to go and buy toilet paper, Kleenex (none provided). The pool is not heated no one used it until the last day when a young boy played in it. Photos were misleading. Ok if you’re not going to cook or for a couple of days.

Great place to stay! Walked the river and ended up at Las Olas Blvd and all the bars and restaurants. Super cute!

Huge space for a great price. Great area. Wish the water pressure in the bath room was better. But it has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your time in FLL

It was peaceful serene and very livable. I simply suggest proper kitchenware.

I stayed at many places in the Fort Lauderdale area over the years, and there are many choices. This place is one of my favorite spots. I give it a five star rating and I will stay here many times.

My stay was nice. The kitchen made it worth the while.

Jalousie fault, Windows opening fault

This is a wonderful, peaceful oasis right on the new river. It has a free water taxi stop right behind the complex that will take you to stops all along the riverwalk. You can find any kind of food or entertainment and easily return on the water taxi. It was nice to just watch the boats cruising up and down the river. The apartment is clean, updated, and no odors at all. It had a nice fully equipted kitchen for us to cook our favorites and stay in. The pool and grounds were lovely and felt very safe. There was an assigned parking space close to our unit always available. There was a great foam matress on the king bed with very soft cotton sheets. The unit had its own private central cooling system. The complex had a respected 10 pm quiet time so we slept well. The managment staff through rocketstay were excellent and quickly responsive to any questions. They regularly communicated by email to see if everything was satisfactory. This was my favorite stay in Fort Lauderdale so far. I don't want to stay anyplace else when I visit again.

The location was incredibly convenient to lots of attractions. The pool was great and we had it to ourselves most of the time we were there. The room was clean. You can tell it's an older building, but overall for the price point and location, it felt like a great value!

Tv in living room didn't work they never come and fix it. They did call me apologizing. They sorry, but they never come and fix the tv. 5 days nobody come and fix.

We normally stay at hotels but let me say we’ll never stay at a hotel again! This property was clean, quiet, conveniently located and had the best view! My girls got excited every time a boat passed. We loved it here and the owners/property managers checked on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying again.

The apartment complex charged my account. Never sent the pre check in so I could pay onsite like the internet stated. They charged me took my money, and said we will charge you for one night and I will receive the rest of my refund. How do I charge someone and never send the backup email so the customer can check in. Then it said pet friendly, and they are not I have a service dog and they did not want to accept my service dog. This apartment complex does not have security only cameras, so you will not be safe. Read the reviews on this APARTMENT COMPLEX before booking. Very upset with the service they provided. 0 stars

Good location at one end of the Riverwalk. Easy check in with clear instructions for parking and code for unit door. Comfortable bed, place smelled pleasantly of cleaning supplies when I arrived. Unit next door was noisy (children playing, adult voices, dog barking). Luckily the bedroom was at the end of the building and quieter. Wifi access code was changed without notice. Emailed Rocketstay about lack of access but got no reply. After waiting 12 hours I tracked down a phone number and was able to get the new code. Two mornings there was no hot water for a shower.

The property was beautiful and right on the Riverwalk. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed and the CCTV with extra pay channels was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

No amenities. Shower not made for any kind of handicaps. River has loud audio until 11 or 12. No office, for any kind of emergencies. Roku television. No live TV. Not within walking distance for food or drinks. Out of the way, Had 2 Uber drivers get lost trying to find the place.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable inside. It's in a fantastic location right on the New River and right across the river from great resaurants on Las Olas Blvd. There is a free water trolly that takes you across the river. It is a great place to walk very pretty at night. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The pool furniture needs to be updated but the pool was clean and very relaxing. We would definitely visit again. Very good value for the money.

I loved the Property the only issue I would say a phone in the unit would be nice even though I had my cell phone a local line would be nice the bathroom Was good but could use an upgrade The location was perfect close to everything the instructions given online for checking in and checkout was excellent no issues there love the unit the unit had all the facilities I needed I will definitely be back again
