4 étoiles défraîchies le crabe est devenu surimi, la salade a fané. A ce prix c'est convenable tant pis pour mon illusion quant aux promesses étoilées L' Hôtel est dans son jus comme disent les agents immobiliers

L hotel està molt ben situat. A tocar del riu. Lluny del soroll, molt aprop del centre, en un entorn molt bonic. L esmorzar genial. Variat i exquisit!. L habitació molt comfortable! El personal molt atent I amable

The staff is extraordinarily receptive, helpful and adorable from the minute you walk in the door. Pita, Carlos, Antonio!  I love wood floors in the bedrooms.  You know they are clean. The mattresses are excellent. Crisp white linen changed daily during our two week stay.  Clean!  We went to Andorra for the spa treatment.  The thermal waters are piped into the bathrooms. I soaked in the tub every night which was incredibly healing after the vein surgery on my leg which was what brought us to Andorra.  You could not find better masseuses anywhere.  Incredible attention to technique. We live in France and the hotel and spa were a fraction of the cost of treatment in France (not to mention the lack of medical practitioners to  help with rehabilitation). We don't typically eat in hotel  restaurants, but this was an exception.  As we arrived late the first day, we decided to try the dinner.  The chef was excellent. Amuse bouches to start, tapas portion. Subtle little sauces, delicate fish filets in a light but succulent sauce.  The first course pastas were scrumptious, warm bread from the oven, beautiful local white wine.  Forgot to mention our waiter/barman who made generous cocktails. Fantastic mojitos and juicy sangria.  We learned there must be a second chef who was good but not the same light touch.  You sleep like a baby in the high altitude air with the rushing river out  the window.  It is a magnificent torrent and loud!  But the windows are insulated.  Once you close them, you have complete silence.  The first week, we slept with the windows closed; second week, wide open.  The breakfast is copious with Spanish hams and other cold cuts, cheeses, fresh baked goods, fruits, fruit salads, health smoothies, eggs to order, country yogurt, chia blends...generous selection!  It is a downhill walk to the shops and restaurants, but remember, there is a walk back up for those who might be physically challenged.

There's roadworks near the hotel and you can hear it for most of the day even with windows closed

The staff were very friendly. Location was perfect, you are a 7 min walk from the central square. The spa was small but great - it includes a sauna, jacuzzi and a hammam steam room. The breakfast buffet was very rich and you can get pancakes, eggs, some pastries, granola, yoghurt etc. You can even get some bubbly! There was a parking spot 100m away from the hotel with a daily charge of €15 which was very convenient (finding parking spots in Andorra is very hard)

The hotel could definitely benefit from some renovation (this is the case for most hotels there).

Not sure how this hotel is 4 star. Location good close to town centre,. Some staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Place was very dated., room wS too, but clean. I got z bollocking from one staff for unwittingly staying in the spa over my time, ruined my Wa and experience. Rooms very dated, I was really expecting better.

the room was very big, the bathroom as well but a little bit outdated. the sauna was clean and the hammam was great as well. location is good, a little bit on the outside but still in walking distance.

you could only reserve the spa for 45minutes, the hotel is right next to a noisy road and there was no possibilities to book a massage during my stay.

The spiral staircase up to the second bedroom was nice. The double bed had an excellent, comfortable mattress.

Nice hotel. Our room had a wonderful view of the high mountains and the raging mountain river. The breakfasts were delicious and the service in the restaurant was also excellent. It is also very convenient to have a spa and massage in the hotel.

The only thing is that it is far from the parking lot.

it’s ok … to be fair we arrived in the evening and left first thing in the morning .It was quit quiet .

Not very friendly , a bit dated . The bed smelled of cigarette smoke but the disguised it with perfume

Best thing of our stay were Cristina massages!!! Very competent and professional, she gave us some unforgettable moments of relax!!! Breakfast was also very good and variegated!

The hotel is a bit dated and you don't really get the feeling of a 4 star hotel...

Location was great. It was a bit irritating to have to pay for the use of the hot tub and spa. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
