Room was like pictures and big. Perfect walking distance to shops and food. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nowhere to be except cooped up in our room. No resident lounge as advertised even though the room was not in use for anything else. The owner said that was because if Covid, but that makes no sense now. Other guest houses in the area had a dining room. There was no breakfast offered. And for 140 British pounds per night all you get was a room and bath. A total rip-off!

We had a lovely stay in the Park Hill Guest House this summer. This guest house has a security door at the front so that was very nice. We were greeted right away by the owner and had a nice chat. Our room had a ensuite bathroom built in which was a bit small but it was all that we needed! Room was very clean and had a nice view. Also GREAT walking distance to local shopping and pubs, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous stay here! The location is ideal, and there’s a parking lot down the street for easy parking. The owner, Chez, is very kind, attentive, and responsive via WhatsApp. There are many shopping and dining options within walking distance. I traveled solo and felt safe and comfortable. A hair dryer was provided. It was quiet. Would stay again and recommend for visitors to Inverness!

Room was not ready at 2pm when we arrived at the property. It caused us great inconvenience.

The view from our room was amazing, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the window was broken and was difficult to open and close. There is paid parking just down the street, and the proprietor is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has body wash, but no shampoo, and the towels are really scratchy. The location is great, and overall we had a good time, desite some minor discomforts.

The property is in a good location, minutes from the city centre. It's walkable but there are steep steps ('Market Brae Steps') to climb. The rail and bus stations are a ten-minute walk. Value for money and comfortable. My single room was somewhat basic but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. If I was staying longer I'd want a bit more space so would book a double. Overall, a good experience.

Room with restroom was small. Parking can be limited. Bed was comfortable and place was clean and convenient to downtown.

Everything was good. I got the small room for one person with shared bathroom. It was very small, but adequate. The shower was very small. The house and neighborhood was very quiet.

This was one of the most hospitable, friendly and nice places I’ve stayed. It may be a B&B but it was better than 4 star! I cannot wait to go back!

Ian went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He even packed us a lunch to go the night before as we had to leave at 5:30am the next day.

Great location (if you don’t mind stairs). City Center, Castle, and River Ness are very close. Convenient parking.

Very clean , very hospitable, very accommodating providing a vegetarian cooked breakfast with multiple fried eggs! Parking permit provided so parked on the road immediately outside the property.

I really enjoyed the couple that was caretaking of the place. When you went to breakfast the coffee was ready and hot. Breakfast was right there, no waiting. They checked with when you came and went throughout the day to make sure you were good. I highly recommend staying here.

Location to travel center (bus/train). Easy access to key locations of interest.

The people who run the place were nice but it was pretty disappointing itself. No shampoo in the room only bodywash. The breakfast wasn't terrible but it was the worst we had on our two week trip. They also had a list of rules posted on the door that seemed ridiculous. The towels felt like sandpaper. No one thing was terrible but overall many little things made me unhappy overall. I can't recommend it.
