We liked the house but it did not match the photos when booking. There is no phone number in case of emergencies for house issues.

We had a great time there. The owners were very friendly and helpful with our situation we will definitely be staying there again

The property was spacious for our family of 5. We got a unit with 4 bedrooms and only utilized 3. Kids enjoyed the pool during our stay and didn't need to pay for the pool heater.

Don’t get this place if you plan to swim and pay for pool heat to get it cold

The property bedrooms where nice and the living room and bathrooms where updated but The kitchen needed updating. The pool looked like it needed to be clean. But other than that the property was very nice.

This house was nice. 4 bd 3.5 bath. Great location, safe neighborhood, comfortable and nice pool & spa. The house has everything you need but just needs to be deep cleaned. It was clean but had some dust and needs a pool net pole so while you’re there you can clean the pool.

The house was very nice and the people very responsive to emails. I do recommend making the differeces in the homes more obvious for easier and less stressful booking. From the info and photos provided, we assumed all of the himes had hot tubs. If you want a hot tub, do not book a standard 4 bedroom. There are no photos, but those do include hot tubs. The location is great, as it is near highway 4.

Very nice/clean home. Some problems with the food. The house was not in the same location as listed on VRBO. The property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Great villa in an extremely safe resort. Excellent facilities. Makes me want to return, which I gilly intend to do.

Place needed some TLC, molding beat, vents black. Just needs to be cleaned better. Staff was nice , place was okay just not real clean. The beds were terrible I was so happy to go home to freezing temperatures just to sleep better.

loved it here we dindt know what we were getting or exactly where but when we arrived it was everything we wanted and more, thank you so much loved it so clean and tidy. loved the bouncy carpet.

The owners was very quick to respond to any questions we had. They were always very pleasant and willing to accommodate. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the televisions in the near future. However it wasnt that important since we came to enjoy Florida and not watch too much TV. I been a Travel Agent for 10 years and I can say this home was top notch. The home was super clean, plenty of room and quite area. It also was a block away from a dollar general that opens at 7am. And the pool area was a dream. I will tell ALL my clients about this and I will request this place everytime im in Florida....5stars

The accommodations were very nice and centrally located. Up keep of property and cleanliness was excellent. My family really felt at home.

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Florida after this visit, perfect place to spend your evening after a long day at the parks.
