The room was wonderful with a great balcony view overlooking Saas-Fee and the surrounding Allalin mountains. The hosts were wonderful - super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The traditional Walliser Abend was an excellent experience - really delicious raclette. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. The private sauna and hot-tub were also wonderful to have use of at the hotel. My girlfriend and I would come back anytime!

The room was very cosy and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, I had a lovely stay and will be back for sure.
The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the ski lifts. Alternatively the buses also stop in front of the hotel.

A very warm and efficient welcome from this lovely family. Information before the stay and on arrival was outstanding. Collected from car park promptly. Nice balcony and good breakfast.

Such a great family run hotel ! Room is clean and spacious, balcony has the view in the mountains so it was nice to sit in the evening with glass of wine and admire the beauty of Alps. Breakfast is fabulous with many choices and and great machine coffee ! Couple who runs this hotel is the nicest you can imagine. We got all the info regarding hiking and how to optimize it. When leaving we got a bottle of the water for the road and local sausage to take with us. Hotel is located at the main street 15 min walk from bus terminal. They provide complimentary lift both ways but walking through the village is unbeatable :)

We find the Alpenlodge Etoile is simple, nice and equipped with every comfort. The staff is very nice, puts a lot of attention to details and makes customers feel like at home. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the hotel also has sauna indoor and a Jacuzzi outdoor, it offers spacious rooms and a bus service to/from Saas-Fee Bus Terminal.
Definitely recommended.
