Fantastic location and apartment. Construction noise both during the day and night was the only downfall.

Good place to stay with family.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and find how spacious the apartment was particularly the lounge area and balcony. For once the couch could comfortably fit my husband & myself and 3 tall teenage children to be able to settle in at night to watch a family movie. It had all the amenities needed including a well equipped gym, heated pool and spa. It was an easy walk to the local shops, cafes and restaurants and you are across the road to the beach. View of the beach from both balcony & master bedroom was spectacular. Loved this apartment.

Unit was clean and well presented. Everything possibly needed was available. Laundry equipment was great. Close to places we wanted to visit. We were very happy with our stay. We have already recommended this place to our friends.

Very impressed with this property. Nice huge apartment and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Gym was well equipped as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We arrived late and communications couldn't have been any better.

Great location and great views. I don't think the shower has been cleaned properly since the complex was built. It was so dirty and it needs a good scrub. The toilet constantly had a faeces smell. Common areas are scuffed; building not well maintained.

We purchased an ocean view with Expedia and did not get ocean view we were on the seventeenth floor and promised an ocean view before we booked but we were facing heavy construction site which was very noisy and blocking all our view

I would highly recommend this property if wanting to stay in the Burleigh area. I arrived after business hours and checking in (via intercom and collecting keys from a safe) was incredibly straightforward and simple. My apartment (1 bedroom ocean side) was clean and tidy; well appointed; comfortable bed/bedding; and the views were lovely. Only minor complaint would that most of the dishes and cutlery appeared to be a bit dirty, so I had to wash everything thoroughly before using. The property is in a wonderful location - only a 5 min walk from the main area of Burleigh and just a few minutes to the beach. I did not use the pool, but it looked very nice I believe the price was very competitive also (compared to other available properties in the area). I was also staying alone (female) and I felt very safe and secure at all times. Thanks Boardwalk Burleigh Beach for a great stay!

Clean neat and as described

The apartment at the Boardwalk is modern, quite new and clean, presents really well, except for the towels they are very aged and need immediate upgrading, they are like doggie towels, it was a bit of a turn off. The pool and surrounding landscaping is lovely, the gate to the beachfront is across the road, lovely for a morning dip. Restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. We arrived after hours and it was bucketing rain, there is no signage on the busy highway of the complex until you drive in behind the bushes, the number sent by text when we could not find the complex, had a recorder message saying it was no longer available, a bit confusing....we drove around the block until we pulled in to the driveway and saw the sign on the glass doors of the entrance, called the after hours intercom and it was fairly easy from that point onwards.Parking allocated really appreciated. Improvements, Road signage and new towels please, otherways a great stay and would certainly return now that we know where it is. Road noise and building works noise is evident and can be dealt with double glazed windows, on the weekend there was no building works. Markets on the 3rd Sat of the month , across the school, area is very pet friendly, beach across the road is pet friendly.

First impression was great. Ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Location is very convenient.

This was my third year staying at the Boardwalk - it just feels like home and is far away enough from Surfer's Paradise to be appealing.

Building construction & roadwork meant couldn’t open windows or doors even at night.

I arrived at 5 minutes to 2pm after a very long drive and they said I had to go and come back at 2pm to check in. I thought that was a bit ridiculous. The traffic is horrible on Gold Coast highway there, I had to go around the block once and come back to check in.

Did not like the view we had. We looked out onto a construction site, 3 cranes and a main road. We paid for an ocean view. Expected to be facing due north instead we faced due south. Very disappointing.
