The hotel is two Edwardian houses a 15 minute walk from the city centre, albeit somewhat uphill on the way back. Our room was well appointed and well presented. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the cooked options were excellently prepared to order and tasted great. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.

A very clean room and very a nice hosts. Good and tasteful brea kfast. You can choose different options. Even a full Scottish breakfast.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the cosy Hazeldene Guest house and got the greatest and friendliest service one could expect! Thank you for the lovely stay.

All good here, a bit noisy traffic wise but I did remove the secondary glazing to have the window open! Excellent breakfast and on-site parking was ideal.

A great place to grab some sleep and breakfast before heading north.

Good location for visiting Perth, clean room and good breakfast. On a busy main road so didn't get a great sleep due to noise of traffic even though I put up the extra layer on window which I assumed was to dull the sound. My bed had a bit of a dent in middle of mattress and being a single I was quite uncomfortable. On a plus it was a cosy wee room , warm and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Very pleasant welcome. Room comfortable and clean. Parking at the front of building. Walking distance to have dinner & drink at local place. Breakfast was ‘to order’ which meant all hot. Adequate size cooked breakfast with option to have additional cereals, juice, yogurt etc. Served additional coffee/tea if wanted. Pleasant stay.

The breakfast was very tasty and filling the bed was comfy. We had a room sat the front of the house so a lot of road noise. TV way to small. The owner was super nice and helpful. The place was easy walking to town.

Was greeted by Rob upon arrival and shown to a large and spacious romm. Room was brilliant, clean and light, small but adequate toilet/shower room. Breakfast next morning was great, all meat products locally sourced and homemade bread. had a smaller breakfast on the second morning but it was still substantial enough to keep me going. Overall, a fantastic Guest House run by both Rob & Glenda. Would highly recommend and will happily use again. Many Thanks, Jim

Great one night stay at Hazeldene. I have stayed before and find it comfy, clean and a good price. Had everything I needed and breakfast set me up for the day. Would be very happy to stay again.
