Friendly, inclusive and kind!

Lovely home. Courteous/responsive host. Close to where we needed to be for a wedding. My only complaint , the room was very warm at night and it wasn't a hot evening.

Beautiful historic home well kept and well furnished.

Stayed here while racing bicycles in the area. Third year in a row now. The house is beautiful and beatifully decorated. Full of antiques. The breakfasts are delicious. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Burlington.

We literally were just looking for a place to lay our heads for a night, a pit stop on our way to the Ozarks. What we got was a lovely experience, friendly owners, nice room and tasty breakfast tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to the river and unique places to choose from for dinner. Fair price and overall would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. The Inn is full of antiques and many other things to look at.

Great play to stay

We've previously stayed in several Burlington hotels. Very happy, that this time, we stayed here. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our conversations with other guests.

Loved loved our weekend here. The food was amazing. The history and class of the house is beyond amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Host was awesome. House was very well kept. Room was clean and quiet. In a nice neighborhood, and convenient to everything with in walking distance. Anyone with mobility issues, please be aware, there are like 20 steps from curb to front door, and another 20 steps up the stairs to the rooms. I rate it 10 for 10

This place is beautiful! Great location, tastefully decorated, quiet & cozy. The room was a little warm fir sleeping, even with windows open. Otherwise, a very good experience.

The house is beautiful, stately and elegantly/authentically decorated. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The host was extremely nice and happy to share info about the house and the town. Breakfast was delicious. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood of historic homes. The price was reasonable. We loved everything about this B&B

Fabulous B & B…the best in every way! Gage and Dustin were so welcoming and Gage prepared a delicious breakfast. My sisters and brothers-in-law loved it as well, so we would highly recommend it. Beware if stairs are an issue to navigate as there are many outside and inside.

Wonderful breakfast, beautifully presented and the property was lovely. The guys who own/run the B&B are very nice and were very helpful in making suggestions about where to go to eat. The friend I was traveling with had never stayed at a B&B; this is a good one to measure all others against.

Absolutely loved our stay at Evan’s Holly Grove Inn. The host was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The historic house was amazing and we enjoyed hearing about its past. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Unique, quaint home, very hospitable hosts. It is an older home so it is a bit more creaky and small but clean. Quite a few stairs which can be more treacherous for guests with limited mobility

It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Hospitality was amazing.

Good B&B - puts you RIGHT in the heart of Burlington where you can get to downtown and a very quick walk to the river and some great old houses on the hill. A block from Snake Alley. I liked the charming house, the decor, the room and its condition. You have a living room to use and a den area, room was good enough for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was great portioned and tasty. I would describe as low-key in that they give you your distance, not like an old-fashioned one where there would be on you. They do have rules about check in times, so try to arrive between 4 and 6 or call ahead with specific arrangements. These are folks who run the B&B but also live on prop and have lives of their own, and all.

We loved everything about this place. Kage is an excellent host with a beautiful property. We hope to visit again soon.
