The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable, nothing looked outdated. The property was very nice a clean also close to a lot of store and food places

the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and we didn't have enough covers in the room. The breakfast staff was okay, there was a older lady who I found to be rude and rushing people. I was double charged from one from booking and the other from the hotel neither one wanted to work with me to get one charge off. Took over 2 weekd to get it resolved and multiple phone call to both places

The hotel was nice looking. Very up to date/modern! We didn’t swim but the pool and hot tub looked nice as well. The rooms were nice.

The cooked breakfast wasn’t that great. The boiled eggs in the fridge tasted rubbery. They did have other options that weren’t cooked though. Like cereal, yogurt, packaged muffins. Those were good. They also had issues with the fire alarms triggering from the third floor so the fire alarm went off several times from around 8pm to 10pm so that was kind of annoying but I understand it was out of their hands and they were doing their best to fix it. We always check for bed bugs at every hotel we stay at. Did not find any bed bugs, however There was a tiny spider in our bed at at the top between the mattress and the wall, right under the headboard. We checked the rest of the bed though and didn’t find anything else.

elevator/stairs are at the end of hall. had to walk to end of hall to get 2nd floor and then walk back to center of facility for our room. why would you put no elevator/stairs at the center of facility?

It worked for what we needed.

Conflicting information given regarding the required two night minimum. We had to pay for a night we didn’t stay (over $250), because of incorrect information given to us. Only to find out others in our group were granted a one night stay. When I called to ask and discussed with manager was told it was booking.com and not their issue. Frustrating experience with no resolution.
