There was a major roof repair work above our unit. Construction work start as early as 7am. I have reported this to Les Lofts, the general administration office, Maina, Responsable Expérience Client,Head of Customer Experience. The response was nothing they can do about it, however, she has rejected our request to discontinue the booking, and refund us the balance. The only thing they have done is offer us to another location without our consensus as solution. This is the exact words, "We did not require your approval as this was not a choice but rather the solution we were offering as you had refused to stay at the Lofts de la Gare. With that information, you must understand that we will not be able to offer you a discount or a refund. " With this experience, we lose all confident of any apartment managed by Les-Lofts, due to missing empathy and accommodating altitude toward disturbed stay. Just arrogant Following problems were found from stay, - No follow up of the FOUND purse in the unit has returned back to its owner, - Noise problem as all rooms located on the ground floor next to busy streets, - Security concern as the private patio is not gated, and we found outsiders using our patio space and left garbage behind that never be cleaned, - Glasses, bowl, cups are old, chipped, have deep scratches. - The whole floor in the unit is covered with uneven stone, that is serious tripping hazard for elders or children. - Do not offer cleaning even with 5 days long stay.

The apartment was perfect for a quick stopover. We loved the access through the station.

Within the station, all things required are well stocked, kitchnette fully equipped. Huge rooms. Will surely book again. No issues at all. Suggestions - kindly improve lighting in bathroom, have English option for TV channels and info. One of the best properties inhave been to in Quebec. Thanks so much.

Proximity to via rail train. Updated, modern loft.

It may be remodeled by the ground store, the furniture and electrical appliances are high-end, but the floor tiles are not replaced, it is unacceptable, the room has no ventilation system, the air is not ventilated, the surrounding environment is average, not like going on vacation

This place is fantastic looks a bit dodgy from the outside but amazing inside and great value. It has direct access to the train station 🚉

A nice place to stay, steps from the train

It was really perfect and well appointed. The apartment had a lots of space and it was close to restaurants and old Quebec. The communication was excellent and they even let us check in early, which was amazing. They also organized our parking, which was a reasonable price of $10/night. We would highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The location is prime and it’s clean.

My daughter left behind her favourite stuffy and blanket when we checked out. Called two hours later, and were told nothing was found. No one looked, if they did they would have found it, it was left there, in her bed, quite simply. I explained the little girl was devastated, to make things worse it was her birthday, she was inconsolable all day. I spent hours calling back begged them to look in the laundry probably was mixed in with bedding, no one cares, no one would transfer me to management, or connect to the laundry service, no one to help. Just got back home to ON, it was a birthday/family trip to QC which ended on a bad note. Will try calling again tomorrow to see if someone would actually care enough. I am not asking for that much, really, have a heart!

The location obviously couldn't be better if you're arriving by train, and there's everything you need within walking distance. The loft was clean and equipped with everything I could possibly have wanted. I'd recommend the friendly pizza resto just across the road (Mille et Une Pizzas). I was surprised to find I had a nice little patio with a table and chairs! The loft was very quiet when I was there, although it may not be quite so quiet when the adjoining restaurant terrace is open. All in all, I loved my stay at Les Lofts de la Gare!

Perfect location and an extremely comfortable apartment

Property was just as advertised. great location, awesome unit. only negative is we did nog like that there was no dead bolt locking system from inside the unit. there was a code padlock but you just never know who has your code. same for the door leading directly outside. i would strongly suggest the company to add deadbolt locking system to both doors. this would make the unit secure from the inside. other than that, great unit! loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was in very good condition. It would be good to store luggage before and after check in.

Very Comfy place located right inside the Train Station

The residence was charming. I was greeted with a serene atmosphere in the foyer with melodic music playing upon my entrance into the residence. I was ten steps from the best steakhouse in Quebec, Charbon Steakhouse. The stone floor, stainless steel appliances and steel bed with solid wood headboard added a touch of class. Very clean and tidy place. Introducing every utensil and Quebec in a booklet. Just located in the station. Quiet at night . Would pick this again if travel Quebec again.

Great!! Modern & spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen! Perfect for a family! Ground level with walkout to street from room. Several restaurants around within walking distance, metro grocery. Good location at the via rail station, taxis reasonable cost to get to sightseeing city tours depot where there is lots of shopping & lots of dining places!!

Fully satisfied except no sound proof-noisy during overnight

HUGE apartment which is clean, modern, sleek in flat back and white. It is on first floor--roll in level--suitable for wheelchairs or bikes. This apt must be 800 sq feet and includes all you'd need to live comfortably for months incuding a full size new washer and dryer, complete kitchen, huge bathroom with both rain shower and hand sprayer. It is quite a walk UPHILL to Quebec Old Town -- but there are several restaurants in easy walk and a grocery store just two blocks away. You'd never know this was in a train station as it is totally quiet and there are very few people around. Across from apt is a big park with a fountain, pretty flowers, benches, and ordinary people (no homeless). There is a large furnished patio with the apt but it is also first floor roll in to outside and is connected to the restaurant next-door. I felt a bit exposed on the patio. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days or a few weeks.

Spacious full apartment with a washer/dryer in the huge bathroom. Right inside the VIA train station with its own outdoor terrace Italian leather sofa that opens into an extra bed and a fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to sit on the sofa without the cushions sliding forward off the base. The decor and lighting and finishes were beautiful but the bathroom lighting was unrealistic. It was too dark to use the mirror, I had to do makeup and stuff by the windows. Other amenities were great- loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer.

We've been to Quebec city over a dozen times in all seasons. We have stayed in both Air BnB and hotel rooms. Generally hotel rooms are better when you are staying 3 days or less since cleaning fees often make it less economical. The rental here at the Lofts is a nice option because you can rent an apartment for just like a hotel room. The apartment is on the ground floor of the train station which when you see how its located is very surprising. It is perfectly safe and not your typical seedy station seen in other cities. The apartment has a nice living room with a view on the street. It does sit back from the street so noise is minimal (plus it has 3 foot thick walls). I would say that if you stayed here in warmer months, the small patio abuts the patio of the restaurant Carbon so it would not very private or quiet outside. The kitchen and dining area is good for up to 4 people, it has all new appliances. We did have an issue with the kitchen faucet which was so loose it nearly fell over (I brought this to managements attention). You will use the kitchen since you are only 2 blocks from the farmer's market where you can get lots of goodies to warm up or cook! The bedrooms are small but adequate for a couple with kids who like bunks. I'd highly recommend this property. Be sure to park at a site that allows 24 hour rates!

Very conviniente, like new and clean. However there’s no option to lock the doors from inside. Anyone who has the codes can access the unit at any time and that made me feel uncomfortable and not as safe. Other than that the place is awesome.

Great location as we were traveling by train. Comfortable and classy. Near farmers market, supermarket and liquor store. A little far from Old Town but easy to get a cab. Loved the place.

It is in a functioning Via Rail train station. Unit was new June 2018 but the building they are in is a heritage site. The architecture in the station was amazing and the units seem to be architect designed and very modern and functional. You don't meet any staff but can communicate with someone through a box on the door. There is a code on the door which is active during the period of your rental. There are wonderful appliances including a large new washer and dryer and high end fridge, stove and TV. We loved it. It is walking distance to the old city but up a steep hill. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Very convenient, close to all identities and modern.

The set up of these lofts is a cool idea but when you get to a city and there is no reception from any staff it’s a bit overwhelming! The information on how to access our loft was sent in an email three weeks prior to our arrival and I did not read the full email! We booked several different hotels over a two week period and the number of emails you get from Hotels.com is overwhelming so I didn’t pay enough attention to the attachment as I needed to. There needs to be clearer instructions to people that stay in these lofts to make their arrival a little less stressful! There were no latches on either of the entry doors that allow you to secure your room once inside! The loft itself was nice but a little too much for a short term stay! Didn’t use any of the kitchen stuff at all! The overall condition of the loft was great it just didn’t suit us! My fault for not investing the offering enough! The picture on the listing for the loft was of the he train station which I guess made me think that was a hotel and not just yet three apartments! Parking cost 30 dollars for 12 hours and that was all you could pay for at one time so I spent 120 dollars for two days parking! The loft was nice but I wouldn’t recommend it at all!
