Very nice room, quiet. Very nice stay

Very nice hotel, great staff, spacious rooms, and quiet. Bend is an early to rise early to bed city full of outdoor recreation during the day. Many restaurants, etc. close by 9pm. But, during the day, it’s a wonderful place to explore.

Well maintained property with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Very clean, comfortable room and beds. I would recommend staying her to anyone.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. I think that made it a very pleasant experience for me and my son. Breakfast was good - the bagels were yummy. Rooms were clean enough. We used the pool and enjoyed it! It was a solid 4, with only little things that would have made it a five in my book.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

Nancy, at breakfast, was super friendly. Staff was helpful and engaged through our stay. The pool is terrific, and well maintained.

We love Bellingham and our son especially loved that there is a pool, hot tub and work-out room. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Helpful staff. I was surprised the gym didnt have dumbells but wasnt bad. Not too far of a walk to hit a lot of Bend's must-dos. Would definitely stay again.

Insulation for noise from other room is not go.

The property was quiet. The room had hair in the shower. The room wasnt clean. Thr bed was hard and not worth the premium price and advertisement.

The shower floor was not clean. My only complaint.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The included breakfast was good.

The hotel was as advertised; clean, friendly, and had a good breakfast. We also enjoyed the convenience of the pub attached. The parking was easy, convenient and safe. The negative elements were that we are not fans of the grey, grey, grey modern decor. The barn door on the bathroom seemed awkward, inconvenient and not terribly private. The wood decorations throughout were unique and added a touch of warmth.

Stayed one night and typical Best Western experience. I wouldn’t stay here again if there are other options available.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a king bedroom. There was a couple items of trash laying around that were not from us and it looked like they skipped vaccumming but other than that the room seemed clean enough. We had a view of the mountains in the distance and the hotel was very responsive for requests of hand soap and Kleenex. Check in and check out was a breeze and all of the staff we encountered we friendly. My boyfriend especially liked the walk in shower. Would definitely stay here again. We even had breakfast at Lifty’s which is a quick walk up the road.

Brand new and very modern

The hotel Peppertree was a last minute scheduled stay. We are very surprised with the cleanliness in the rooms. The palace on the bed could’ve been soft or larger as they seemed a little small, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was from Stumptown in Portland. The best thing was they brought in local bagels, that were spectacular! We’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel, Peppertree and the next five weeks

If you're staying one night or possibly even two nights, I would recommend staying here. If you're staying more than that, skip. What I liked: The location is really good for me for work. Bed and rooms are comfortable. Clean, modern. What needs to improve: Housekeeping is only on the 5th day. This is crazy. And you can't request housekeeping earlier. The constant texts from front desk reminding about free breakfast and drinks/small bites. There's only two coffee pods. How does this work if service doesn't happen until the 5th day? I asked for more coffee pods and they also brought me towels... But instead of putting them in my room they left them in a bag in front of my door. Tacky. A lot of places do every third day or every other day service. And if you need it earlier, they help. I couldn't get service and stayed 4 nights and got to my room after a full day of work to a bag in front of my door. Just felt odd. I travel a lot. In fact, platinum on hotels.com and never had this lack of hospitality in a place that looks amazing.

Convenient location; liked the texts to update events.

Bedding was suspiciously wrinkled and there were actually hairs on the sheets. Sheets were pilled and thin. Shower was poorly tiled with gaps between the tiles. Towels looked dingy. Overall hotel looked as if it had been recently remodeled, but the remodel was poorly completed. Definitely not worth the hotel rate.
