Really good value hotel with a strong service ethos. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Accesible and affordable. It’s very convenient and the breakfast is good, also spacious. I would stay here again, it’s 20 min walking to Costanera Center and it has an OXO (mini mart) next door. The bed is soft not firm. FYI

Wqs a good choice. you can grab a breakfast bag before the breakfast begin for tours. Also the breakfast has good options. The room was good. Would come again.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Room was spacious but the room temperature was still warm even with the AC on. The condition of the room and bathroom need to be updated. A lot of scratches on the floor and wall.

Room was big, comfortable, and clean. We had a nice city view. I liked the shades and blackout curtains. Parking was a little hard to find the first time in (the office tower and hotel share the same garage), but it was safe and convenient. The location was great for both Uber/Taxi and Metro (BIP) travel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful (although I never found the toaster). We had dinner ala cart there, as well, and it was tasty and affordable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Beautiful Hotel, great service and the breakfast top notch, nice variety. Excellent value for money.

Great value for price, good location and quiet. Very nice breakfast and comfortable area, staff in the restaurant were very nice & helpful. The only comment would be the daytime reception at check-in was not friendly and abit arrogant attitude regarding us questioning the payment of IVA. All other staff were very friendly and polite. We Would return to this Hotel again for sure.

An OK place to stay at a good price. Otherwise not exciting

We had a very good time at the hotel. The room was comfortable. We signed up for the breakfast option and it was good choice. The restaurant was pleasant and the food options were plentiful and good. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk always had someone who spoke English and the staff was always helpful in calling cabs, giving restaurant suggestions, etc. Our only reservation was that the exhaust in the bathroom was noisy and the door needed oiling, but both problems were quickly handled and without fuss.

The hotel is in a decent location, central spot that made it easy to take Ubers. It’s in a good area, so it feels safe to walk around at night. There were also many restaurants within walking distance. If you enjoy walking it is an easy stroll to the Sky Costanera Center (approx 20 min). The staff were very nice and some could speak English. The check-in and check-out experience was quick and easy. The room was very small, with thin walls so you can hear everyone opening and closing doors. The bathroom needed maintenance (peeling paint, ceiling cracks). The bed was the best part of the room, it was SO comfortable. The room has a little mini fridge to keep your drinks and a kettle to boil water.

The staff was the best part of the property very nice and friendly. Also there was a lot around that was walking distance. The downside was the room was dirty you can tell it was not clean properly there was hair everywhere. The bathroom was dirty I don’t even know if the towels were clean I just bought my own towels. I only stayed because I prepaid online so I was not able to get my money back, but if you want a clean hotel do not stay in. When house keeping came to clean the room all they did was make the bed and replace the towels they did not bother to change sheets or even wipe down the shower and sink. Breakfast is not worth it it’s literally a continental breakfast that should be free. All I can say is the hotel looks nice but do not let them deceive you.

This hotel is welcoming from the moment you arrive. All of the rooms are modern and comfortable. It's right within the heart of Providencia and there are so many options to choose from with cafés and restaurants and bars. The hotel has on site it's own restaurant with a breakfast buffet, which is good for those who like carbohydrates or no carbohydrates. The hotel also has its own café next to the lobby. The bathroom always had hot water and nice amenities. The beds were generous size and very comfortable, and there was room service each day. It's an easy walk to many of the local attractions, including the world famous cable car ride. Great value for a fantastic hotel will definitely stay here again

Good breakfast, clean room, great staff and good location close to the mall, places to eat and subway station.

They shut the power down for two hours during one of the days I was staying there. It was fine for two nights, but the room was small, and the shower door does not shut all the way, which gets water all over the bathroom.

Excellent to stay for bussiness in the city

The bed was very comfy, and the area seemed peaceful and quiet. The staff, especially the one who was working at night shift, were friendly, polite, kind and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the glass door of the shower space because of the huge gap between the wall and the glass, which allowed water spread outside and made the floor of the bathroom wet. It folds inwards, but I wish it were a slide door so that water would not spread and the space would be more spacious. It was a tiny thing though. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Small comfortable room and well equipped. I stayed 3 days and breakfast did not change at all. You can ask for GF bread. Good location & WiFi.

La atencion del la recepcion ,sobre todo un empleado muy mala,el baño corria la cadena ,se escuchaba hasta los ronquidos de los otros cuartos ,gente entraba y salia toda la noche ,muy mal,la terraza cerrada el restaurante solo desayunos ,una mala impresion !!!
