We really do like Puro, that is why we came back for the second time. Although we had booked quite some time in advance we had a room on the six'th floor underneath the roof terras. In the middle of the night - while sleeping - we awoke several times due to the shuffeling of chairs e.o.. This really shouldn't be in this type of hotel at the prices asked for. We did not make a fuss of it, but this was a pitty. For other guests it may be useful to tell this in advance and give a reduced price for this room. We still like the hotel! It has a very nice atmosphere and everybody is very friendly and helpful.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location at a calm side street in a very centric location. First class service with a welcoming touch. There are also great saunas (just beware the floors that are extremely slippery), relaxing zone and a gym at the hotel. Tasty breakfast with plenty of variety.

Ideal location off a main road so quiet but right at the centre of everything. Great roof top cocktail bar.
Very wide selection for breakfast, though standard of cuisine perhaps not its strength (Croque Madame does not have bacon and lettuce and is not made with Mozarella). But bedroom facilities were faultless, shower was amazing and location was ideal.

Near to Warsaw Central Station.
You can get to Old Town, łazienki Garden and lots of places in 10 to 15 minutes by bus.
I do not feel the personnels at the desk are kind enough. But they are not rude either.
The room is quite spacious and clean.
You can check out by pad on your room.
I recommend this hotel for both business and family trip.

Hip property! Bedding comfortable. Loved how the room was controlled via touchscreen pad. Only con was the card reader upon entering room. Continued to be glitchy time to time during 2 night stay.
