Tryed charging me more every Friday had to go around and around with them

The hotel is a very reasonably priced hotel for the budget minded traveler and worker.

Great place

Came in to check in and there was no room available. Front rep wanted to put me in a one bed room that was under construction. My booking was for 2 beds and they did not want to refund me what I paid. The whole building was a mess, trash everywhere and under construction.

Nice clerk that works at the front but I don’t have a breakfast for you in the morning that’s only thing

it was a dump. roaches.room smelled like roach spray.made us sick. trash pulled up outside. we didnt stay the 3rd night

The manager of this establishment was unprofessional. After her staff sent a pay link to my phone to pay for a stay and received a confirmation booking number, our workers were still asked to pay for the room although it was already paid (double charged). when asked for a refund the manager said she does not do refunds and I had to call Expedia to handle the charge although I had done the transaction (I was calling about) through her staff. We were still charged even though the gentleman checked out the same night they checked in DUE TO POOR SERVICE. They did NOT change the status of the reservations even though the gentleman checked out and asked for him to return to the establishment AGAIN to check out. It was a waste of gas, money, and time.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Outside landscaping neglected..Lots of stickers and weeds. For the price, acceptable.

Well the name says it all oyo on your own no breakfast no ice machine no soda machine no snacks machine walk way floors all dirty i wont be spending my money there !!! Stay away!!!

oh my god ok so first of all... i paid waaaaaaay too much for this to be legal. I paid 1,185 dollars for 12 nights. half of the time i was there i had no wifi, i had no television, the water BARELY got warm enough for a comfortable shower... the room service kept startling me into a panic attack every morning by BANGING on my door every morning when i requested multiple times to not come to my door while i'm there. I was going to ask for a refund but i just couldn't bring myself to fight for one.

No laundry, only 1 channel worked, again more bugs. Only good thing was cold AC

Good customer service and clean room .my only complaint was the bed was hard and uncomfortable

The stay was ok room was not clean properly there was bottle of split and no TP.

The room was very clean and modern. I liked the floor that didn’t involve carpet. The room was well lit, unlike most hotels. The beds were fairly comfy. The only negative things were no continental breakfast, and no ice machine. We were aware of those things before we booked it though, so really no complaint!

Half of the property is under construction and not noted anywhere on listing. We had to be refunded because the room we were given was INFESTED with flies. Parking lot has massive pot holes. Do not waste your time booking this place it is not a safe place to stay especially for a family. Also ZERO basic amenities like an ice machine.

When we checked in, the first room given was dirty with towels on the ground, the whole thing. The second room given the toilet was broken. It was flushable but the water never stopped running. The shower was dirty. The comforter has cigarette burns on it. Cops are present a lot in the parking lot.

We stayed there before,it so happens we stayed in the same room this time.

There was an object glued to the chest of drawers that looked like a small camera. We covered it up just in case

Great room for the price. Microwave, fridge and outstanding hot water.

The room was ok for the price. Bathroom light was out and they never sent maintenance to fix.

No phone. No soap. No coffee maker. No office access. Laughably bad.

Stayed there almost 2 weeks and the floor was not swept one time during my stay. We would get room service, but every other day and the sheets were not changed not one time during this stay of 2 weeks, microwaves don’t function well. Over all I could have gotten something much better for the amount of money I payed, I know that because I travel quite a bit.

Limited and small parking area. Rude attendent at counter. Rooms are not maintained i.e. missing light bulbs, nasty carpet, spongy beds that kill youre back.
