The hotel was pretty decent. Large and clean toilet. We were accommodated in a spacious deluxe king room located in the new wing of the hotel. Situated in a convenient location.
Breakfast can do some upgrade on the taste

Cleanliness. Very bad. There were dead lizards and cockroaches in our room and corridor.

The staffs are friendly, efficient.
Rooms are clean, housekeeping should have done a good job. Everything was working well.
A group of tourist, keep shouting n banging the door till late night, and their kids running non stop till midnight. Not an issue from hotel but made me go sleepless.

Had a very bad experience. Changed 4 rooms coz almost all rooms had some or the other issue. Very bad condition hotel. Not worth

Toilet was not so clean. Could be better.

I love the location. I love the view, so fresh and lovely!
Old. Pintu almari bilik i tercabut. Cannot close. Lantai without carpet as shown. Quite spoil cause that's my 1st impression.

upon arrival,my room cannot be open,something related with batteries,then one of lamp bulb not functioning,I need to wait for awhile to wait them to fix it.

Wifi speed really bad. Should be 30mb minimum speed. If just 2mb, looks like 15years back to the future speed

Front office staff Mr Faiz was very nice in dealing an issue that came up regarding not having available the room type which we booked. His politeness was the only reason we decided to stay there. Property and the location was acceptable.
I booked 3 mountain view rooms and on arrival they said it was not available. I was told "on availability" but the website doesn't say "on availability". when I inquired about this Mr Amir who was the senior front office staff very rudely said if you don't want to accept what we offer, you shall cancel the booking and go somewhere else as if he did the booking for us.
After we traveled for almost 6 hrs and being tired and not getting the room type we booked, how mr Amir dealt the situation was horrible. He was most rudest front office staff I have ever seen and has a very bad attitude.
Staff interaction with guest was poor probably racist to the skin color.
Staff at the restaurant during breakfast also even doesn't greet but straight away says how much it costs.
Floor carpets of the rooms were old and with full of stains.
