Close to the mosque
Exit road to main road quite dengerous since no traffic light. Sometime long queue at the junction.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Busbahnhof und Restaurants. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer haben sehr muffig gerochen, an der Decke fand sich Schimmel. Die Kissen und Bettdecken rochen extrem feucht. Die Dusche war undicht und überschwemmte bei der Benutzung das halbe Bad. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr unwohl gefühlt und sind eine Nacht früher abgereist.

Room is quite spacious, we had a king size bed. Clean sheets and very comfortable. They had a bath tub and a shower area separately. Housekeeping did a good job tidying up the place. Overall it was a good stay, a quite place too.
The view to the room was the parking lot so not much of a view from the room. The next room had children staying in, so it was quite noisy as we could hear literally everything. The room is not sound proofed. TV is not up to date, you could only watch normal channels. Breakfast food choices could have been better.

The location and environment.
The climate was refreshing. Thank you very much as we enjoyed our stay at Century Pines hotel.
Toilet and shower was not exactly wheelchair friendly as it was little narrow space n had steps.

i found a lot of hair inside the room. the room also very dusty. They didnt provide floor mat, ive to call reception to request for floor mat and they said maybe staff forgot to put. how come you forgot your routine??? second day of my stay, i left hotel at 12pm to round on cameron highlands and i came back to hotel at 6pm. nobody clean up my room even i already put 'please clean my room' signage. the best part of my stay is i found underwear on my first day. maybe housekeeping staff think its funny to leave guest belongings to other guest. their housekeeper should check for his staff

Spacious and comfortable room. Ours had a nice terrace. Decent breakfast.
VERY loud broadcast from neighbouring property on loud speakers. More care required with cleaning. ie.light fixture covered in dust. cobwebs in ceiling corners. Sweep terrace.

Cleaniness of bathroom and there is strong stingy smell when I checked in for first day.

All they consider is the money, the washroom 🛁 is dirty and yellow stain..there is a hair and also dry rose petal inside room n washroom...there is no hot water, again inform to receptionist...and they never inform until what time the break fast buffet available..not worth for money..

The location next to the mosque was very superb. I love to hear kuliah Subuh from the mosque in the morning, the sound of nature.
The bathroom a bit slippery, no toothbrush and toothpaste provided, and iron should be provided in all room.

Like the reception counter. Everything fast amd smooth. Credit to the staff. Also asked for baby cot and get it for free.
Breakfast buffet very simple. Pay for rm55 breakfast buffet but the menu were reallly disappointed. The chicken briyani wasa totally destroyed. Everything got between, bones, herbs. I just disappointed. Really. The meehoon soup also. Only mee and gravy. No chicken or whatsoever

The room was underwhelming given the price and the marketing on Booking. The view was awful even from what I could gather from the better rooms. Again this won't be an issue but given the price range it should've been better. We cut short out reservation after one night and moved to another hotel nearby for slightly more money. Breakfast was okayish and not fully fresh.

i like the service provided by their receptionist and bell boy.. we booked for king size bedroom. but when arrived they give two single bed combine.. so i request for changes.. the bell boy direct come to our room and assist us to new room and even help to carry our luggage

all facilities are old. front desk staff are playing handphone most of the time. restaurant staff give long face when we request hot milk from them.
