The room was great!

We couldn't sleep at night, a lot of noise from the street was bothering us.

Very old building...they tried to renovate some part of the hotel...maybe too old staff members...the designer of the room made a great job picking yellow curtains în a yellow room...

This Hotel is not supposed to be named a "Hotel" 100% ripoff I was in Room 514 the -THE SMELL HAS BEEN UNBAREBEL - I head to spray my perfume REVEAL by CK to somehow survive the night Right after a check-in around 6;30 to 7 PM I went to reception to ask for a different room the Lady receptionist has left a 25 to 30-year-old guy has replaced her -He star laughing when I mentioned the room smells as Wet sheep with a nasty unwashed foot odor and his answer has been CAN'T HELP I kept the balcony door open for about 1 hr. outside temp. +11C soon I close the door, the odor has come back almost "instantly" I feel sorry for those tourists who spend their money at this property.

The Food has been "ok" 2 Star. the rest is NOTHING IF YOU READ THIS please take my advice NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY WHOM THEY DON'T DESERVE.

The property is ok. It is a communist hotel, and they tried to renovate it, but the quality of the renovation is not the best. The people were friendly, nice and offered us extra facilities. It was a nice stay.

Very poor menu. Very unpolite staff at the restaurant. The hotel is old. The rooms were renovated but the hall is awful - like in a scary movie.

Location was very nice.

Staff was very unwelcoming. Didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay or anything. Sadly our room was at the back of the hotel, so the view wasn’t the best.

A fost super!

Kind staff, nice room (renovated ), street view. We asked a special favour as it was my mother's birthday and they brought in flowers, cake, champaign for a good price. Also, they have a talented lady doing massage in the hotel.

Even it was May, it was cold in the rooms.

We arrived about 9:30 PM and we noticed that we didn't had water at all (hot or cold) in the bathroom. We went to tell someone from the reception who seemed very surprised, and assured us to fix the inconvenience, but whitout any results. Due to covid pandemic situation is unacceptable not to have any kind of water(including for toilet) over the night so we strongly NOT recommend it.

The room had a view to the back of the hotel and in the morning you could breathe fresh air and hear the cirping of the birds. Also, it is situated in the center of Tusnad so the location is perfect.

The hotel seems to be remained in the '80s, no way with the conditions for a 3* hotel. Even though we had a renovated room, the furniture is the cheapest that could be found and the balcony is in a pathetic state, with peeled lime. There are no table or chairs on the balcony. The personnel is not very kind. Parking the car is an adventure, especially on the weekend.

Very central location. Very clean room. Not the same thing can be told about the elevator. Very helpful stuff. It’s such a pity the hotel seems frozen in time, starting with the lobby and continuing with the elevator and the upper floors. Don’t expect a 3 stars hotel, but just a good place to sleep over at a fair price.

The elevator wasn’t clean. The breakfast was generous for somebody who was eating meat but not for a vegetarian.
