Great parking space. Very close to beach, ideal for families.

Location, free bicycles, free laundromat. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of playgrounds for kids, different stores nearby. Old town within walking distance. Private gated parking. Gentleman at reception does awesome job managing the hotel! Thank you for an amazing stay! we love this area of Italy..last year exactly at this time we were in Lido di Jesolo, Grado in Spring and now Sottomarina….just great!

Maybe just the absence of wine glasses. It just doesn’t feel right to drink wine from water/juice glass.

Great location. Nice sandy beach just across the street. Private parking free. Great guy at the reception.

Microwave owen was missing.

Very functional apartment, everything you need, great price vs performance, lounge chairs and umbrella at the beach included, bikes for free to go to Chioggia, very friendly staff, we will come again! Baby highchair and bed were provided for free.

For us was Hard mattresses.

Very close to the beach, 2 long-chairs and 1 umbrella included, every apartment had its own parking with sun protection, bicycles were available upon request (some had childseats), Wi-Fi worked ok, the receptionist was very helpful. The apartment was big enough and the kitchen was well endowed. AC worked ok, didn't use it daily though.

There were a few things advertised that we did not receive upon arrival: free toiletries, cleaning products, enough toilet paper to use for one week. The hallway smelled like garbage sometimes. There was a mention of a garden, but there was none. One day it rained and the marble in front of the hotel was extremely slippery, my son slipped and fell. The mattresses on the master bedroom were very hard and incomfortable. Also, there was no double bed, but two single beds placed next to each other. We had to clean the apartment for sand from the beach multiple times a day, so we could have used a doormat at the entrance and even a mop (there was only a broom and a washcloth). Would have appreciated the option of having daily room-service/cleaning (even with a fee).
