Struttura nuova, tenuta in maniera impeccabile dai proprietari che sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Camere veramente belle e curate nei dettagli. Posizione molto suggestiva in una zona tranquillissima di sottomarina più vicina alla tradizione che alla modernità delle strutture alberghiere più “centrali”. Breve passeggiata per il centro di sottomarina o Chioggia. Ottima colazione, comodo il servizio parcheggio a 100m ed ottimo il servizio spiaggia.

Sehr funktional und individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer u. Bad. Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Täglich hatten wir frisches Obst im Zimmer.

Die Doppelzimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber top modern und individuell mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir waren im Themenzimmer Nr.11 "Industriale", welches sich, ruhig gelegen, im Hauptgebäude in einer kleinen Gasse befindet, untergebracht. Ein kostenloser Safe, Minibar (absolut geräuschlos und preislich in Ordnung), Espressomaschine, Klimaanlage (angenehm leise) und großer Flachbild-TV (kein deutsches TV) waren vorhanden, außerdem wurde jeden Tag nach Bedarf eine kostenlose Obstschale ins Zimmer gestellt bzw. aufgefüllt. Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit (Tisch und 2 Stühle) und seitlichen Blick durch die Gasse auf´s Wasser. Eine Verdunklung des Zimmers war mit Holzfensterläden möglich. Das kostenlose Wlan lief störungsfrei. Die Putzfrau möchten wir ganz besonders loben, hatten noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer und wir reisen sehr viel, haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Der kostenlose vor der Sonne abgeschirmte bewachte in der Nähe des Hotels befindliche Parkplatz sowie die im Preis inbegriffenen Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Badehäuschen inkl. kleiner Sitzgruppe (Tisch und Stühle zum Essen) und Schirm fanden wir besonders praktisch. Im Umfeld des Hotels sind viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, nach Chioggia läuft man. ca. 20 min. Der ca. 300m entfernte absolut steinfreie Sandstrand von Sottomarina ist sauber und man kann weit ins Wasser hineinlaufen, hier sind Hunde erlaubt und es gibt auch Rettungsschwimmer. Das Frühstück, welches in der hauseigenen Pizzeria "Mary Rose" in einem weiteren Gebäude um die Ecke serviert wurde, war sehr gut, ordentliche Wurst, Käse, kleine Semmeln, Marmelade, Butter, Müsli, gekochtes Ei, leckere Croissant, Toast, frischer Obstsalat, Säfte, Kaffee, Cappucino etc., alles vorhanden. Wie hatten eine schönen Urlaub und können das kleine Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Dusche im Zimmer 11 war sehr schön aber ziemlich eng, könnte Problem bei korpulenteren Personen geben, für uns aber in Ordnung. Das kostenlose Badehäuschen mit Liegen und Schirm ist ca. 80-100m von Meeresufer entfernt, man sieht auch nicht das Meer. Leider kein deutscher Sender im TV.

Fantastic place, everything was great! Parking place available (owner will direct you to a private parking where they have dedicated place). Similarly, there is a dedicated place in nearby beach, where you get key to a shack with sun beds, chairs. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the beach. We have stayed in apartament "Vintage" which was perfectly clean, with comfortable beds, and spacious bedroom with both shower and bathtub (towels and hairdryer included as well). Delicious breakfast available downstairs (both savoury and sweet). It's possible to rent a bike, no charge. Grocery shop and restaurants close by.

Each room is uniquely decorated and the Cafe is beautifully decorated in a Steampunk Motiv. Breakfast is served at your table once you place your order There is plenty of fresh fruits, fruitsalad, variety of yogurts, variety of pastries, variety of fruit juices, bottled water, coffee beverages as well as choice of breakfast cereals and hard boiled eggs to choose for breakfast. I stayed in the cinema room which faced the beach. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks. Housekeeping was impeccable and the refrigerator was fully stocked with a large variety of beverages and snacks in various sizes. The room had gratis a fruit bowl and coffee pod machine with coffee and tea varieties. The bed was firm but comfortable. The location is super convenient and very quiet. The hotel has its own private parking for hotel guests. The price was very reasonable for the off-season. It's the most modern, stylish but affordable family owned B&B hotel in Sottomarina. You will find no higher quality or better value B&B in the area.

Very frendly staff , very clean room and bathroom, location, free parking (100 m away from building-you get a park card that opens the gate). Coffee and Tea in room and a welcome fruit plate., Bed was comfortable, room was heated, bathroom floor as well. You could go downstairs in the evening to eat pizza in the restaurant - same one they serve breakfast in the morning

I was little disappointed to see hotel has a gym and to read reviews from other guests hotel provided bikes on spot, and none of those were offered to us. Also didnt expect to pay for table in restaurant (2 euro per person) otherwise we would order pizza and eat it in our room.
