The reservation was fast. We could check in before normal check in time at approx. 11:00. Close to beach, village. Perfect bus connection. Bus stop right opposite the accommodation.

Kitchen Terrace Location

Rooms were clean and quite large. Beds were comfortable. There is a very nice rooftop terrace with views towards the ocean. Location is also good, around 10-15 minutes walk to the beach.

Unfortunately both the doors and the walls are super thin and have no soundproofing and we had very noisy neighbors. We did talk to them to ask them to be quieter but a significant part of the problem was that you could almost hear them as if they were in the same room. If you're not unlucky with other guests, the place is good.

Basic but this was all I required for a one night stay. All the facilities one would expect.

Unfortunately you could hear every sound in the hallway and bedrooms either side and the person in the room next door snored and I therefore struggled to sleep

Good value in a small, pretty, very popular tourist town. Spacious communal areas. Good terrace with seats.

Communication with staff was very difficult and they would not answer phone call, face-to-face questions nor messages They did not speak English so my problem has not been resolved. The reception staff were quite unfriendly. After 8 nights I still had not had a clean towel or change of sheets and no room clean. There is no hanger to hang towels or clothing in either bathroom, food I had just purchased the previous day disappeared from the fridge while the cleaners were in and matches were not always available for lighting the cooker (probably due to guests removing them-you do get all sorts in such a place). There was no window unless you count closed shutters that face the stairs to the roof. Clearly, they could not be opened without all the passers by peering in.

the location is great - just a few minutes to the beach and centrum. grocery stores are just around the corner. the rooftop is great for having breakfast. everything is super clean. rooms are big. and super uncomplicated check in!

the lightbulbs are super bright but I guess that’s just a Spanish thing that I’ll never get used to

The doors made so much noise that I woke up everytime someone went to the toilet at night.

The kitchen was fine and the balcony big, sunny and fine.

The staff does not speak a word english.

We loved the location and it was one of the best towns on this trip. The pension is nice, with everything you need, there are two shared bathrooms and a kitchen in the upper floor, where we stayed. The best thing is the rooftop with many tables. We met many nice travelers there and would return.

Cheap accommodation if you are not looking for luxury and the property is clean and easy to find. The roof terrace is a good place to chat with people. The kitchen has simple appliances for cooking and a small fridge. Quiet and peaceful place

Comfortable but basic. Everything provided in a very efficient way. ideal for me as a solo traveller on a walking holiday exploring western part of island. Good shared facilities. Great roof terrace. good location on edge of town, a short walk from beach and restaurants.

Doors opening and closing a bit noisy at times. but no big deal.

The only good thing about it is the location, but everything else was bad.

This has been the worst stay I've ever had! - They don't speak English, so it's down to Google translate. - Internet was constantly disappearing. - No hot or even warm water (cold showers even when it's already cold outside). - Not all rooms have windows (dark inside). - Very unfriendly and rude staff (constantly asking for more money). Staff was the worst!! They are only interested in your money and don't care about everything else. My arrival was highly unwelcoming (the woman that answered was very annoyed by my arrival). There was also no blanket in the room (just the bed sheets), so I went to ask for one. The woman that came was very irritated and only kept asking about my reservation and how many nights I'm staying (as if it matters!). On the last day I've arranged with another person that I will leave my food in the fridge and luggage in the garden for a few hours. But when I came back, the same annoyed woman came to me and lied that my food was gone. She didn't want to let me in to pick it up. She didn't even let me use the bathroom! I also got in the rain and was wearing wet clothes and shoes when arrived, so I've asked if I could quickly change into dry clothes. To that she denied my request, turned around and walked away leaving me in front of a closed door. If it weren't for my friends inside that opened the door for me, I wouldn't have been able even to pick my food.

Daile the host is brilliant. Everything spotlessly clean and kitchen I well equipped and terrace is amazing. All good here
