Was ok. Staff didn’t communicate with each other after I added an extra night and had dnd on the door as I work nights and was still woken up 4 times by different staff and asked when I’m checking out even though I booked another day. Parking great

I’ve never stayed in a holiday inn express before and I don’t know why. Clean, fresh and friendly staff. I’ve never seen so many coffee machines in the morning, no queuing for the caffeine fix. The pizza u had for my tea was really good as well

Staff were very friendly and accommodating We decided to stay on a whim so we had nothing with us. The hotel supplied toothbrushes toothpaste and other products which saved us a trip to the chemist. The breakfast was very good and our room was very quiet hence a peaceful nights sleep. Overall very happy and would go back there again. Good location.

Was here for a week. Excellent service, helpful staff, breakfast was very good and this hotel supplies parking. What else can you ask for?

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Belfast, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast was a definite highlight – there was a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruits to a hearty cooked breakfast. It was delicious, and the staff kept everything well-stocked even during the busy hours. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center, which made exploring Belfast easy. Overall, the combination of friendly service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belfast!

Big plus with free and spacius parking!! Little minus that the card dindt work... Yes, it worked first time. Then i went back to the reception to pickup the food i ordered, the the key dindt work. The next day, i asked to have the room to 1 pm, instead of 11, that was ofcourse ok, but when i came back after 11, the card dindt work, so, back for decoding the card, back up, still no working, another decoding, nope...so General Manager had to come with me and lock me in. All in all a minor failure, wich happens everywhere, but Hotels should - in General - make key that actually works! Sometimes i misses the good old fashion physically keys...

Short 2 night stay, the hotel is less than a mile walk from the city centre and all the restaurants and bars locally. The breakfast was very good and had hot and cold options and available from 7.00am. A short walk also to the main University buildings and the Titanic museum was a 2 mile walk away

Really good hotel , good location, large room and lovely breakfast

Reception staff were great . The room we stayed in looked tired and could do with a make over but the bed was comfy. The worst bit and why i wound never stay there again was 2 members of staff talking at breakfast saying how poor the hygiene was in the kitchen. Another member of staff at breakfast stook picking his teeth and scratching his face and head . Needless to say i did not eat my breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. Brrakfast was included and was excellent with a variety of options. Although a good walk from some points if interest, we found the location to be quite central.

Room not cleaned after 1st night, called reception who said it would be sorted in 20-30 mins. 1 hour later had to call again and when someone finally arrived we were asked was there something in particular we wanted done? They then proceeded to kick the used towels from the bathroom floor out of the room and along the corridor. Not quite the service we expect when paying £150 per night! Also room was extremely warm and the desk fan provided did not help much so very uncomfortable indeed. Bar prices were expensive. Good breakfast and pleasant dining room and reception staff. Location very run down.

Just outside of the city but conveniently used by buses or taxi to the places. Some were walking distances. Lovely hotel.

An older building, so the soundproofing was not good - we could hear the phone conversation of the woman next door. Apart from that, everything was fine. Breakfast spread was great.

We were able to walk to city hall in under a half hour. Excellent pubs and restaurants under 10 minute walk.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to vibrant street with plenty of bars and restaurants. Secure parking was excellent and main reason I booked this hotel, really let down by room service, 2nd day room was not made up, and third day room was visited but none of consumables (tea/ coffee/milk) were replaced. Let the experience down
