The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.. very professional and helpful!! I wish I had gotten her name! She was wonderful! I arrived on 8/3/24 at noon. She deserves a raise for sure!!

Staff were very friendly and were quick to rectify a few issues.
We only stayed one night as a stop over while on our way to St. Petersburg. Overall it served its purpose.
However the exterior could use some attention and upgrading. The rooms were clean but nothing special. we had an issue with our smoke detector. I asked if we could have a batteries for it and they were quick to get one and that seemed to remedy the problem. However at around 5 in the morning it started chirping again. Just very annoying to get woke like that so early.
Overall I would say the highlight of the stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and I felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our short stay. I would just recommend that management and or ownership look to make some upgrades and some improvements they are very much needed.

Toilet paper holder fell of the wall right off, toilet wobbled so bad, bathroom door wouldn't close, no iron or ironing board and not one available for use, no room service while staying(had to empty our trash ourselves and go to desk for towels) continental breakfast was pre-packaged muffins and pack of oatmeal, no coffee maker in room(coffee in lobby was ice cold) pool was dirty and filter wasn't running. Definitely will not stay here again.

Dirty , run down . People sitting outside of rooms 11:30 to 12:30 talking loudly , walking in and out of rooms slamming doors . Lobby was outdated and dirty. . Very STRONG citrus smell , almost couldn't handle the order in the room . Already had it booked through Expedia and payed for .Looked at reviews prior and seen no red flags , boy was this an eye opener.

It looked very nice when we first walked in and then I noticed there were spider webs and the bathtub had hair in it. So I went out to get some cleaning supplies to clean it myself.

Mainly, the shower heads were disgusting! I went to desk and she sent me to another room, but that one was even worse!! No drinking water, and my friend is diabetic!! No juice in juice machine.

Clean and modern rooms including the bathroom. Loved the bench for shoes since I have a little one . The staff was friendly and professional. Again very clean .

Don’t expect to be able to use the washer/dryer, they’re disgusting. Bathrooms didn’t have anywhere to hang things, used soap in bathroom, A/C had no cover and room was hot and muggy. I was told that it can’t go below 72.

The smell was horrible until I had a headache. I had to spray febreeze consistently. They're was no time to change hotels due to graduation. There was a Roach in the fridge. No iron. The toilets were as clean as they were going to get. The beds were comfy though.

Upon checking in there was no Shower Chair available for handicap needs in the room nor shower curtain. Then I was moved to another handicap room with a built-in seat which I didn't understand why they didn't do that from the start 🤔
NO ICE at the Hotel and had to go over to the Super 8 Hotel for that.
Drink Vending Machines didn't work and very dirty floors. My white socks looked terrible after walking around the wood style floors. I expect some dirt, but it was clear that no mopping was done.
Highlight of the motel was the VERY NICE NIGHT CLERK when I checked out that made FRESH COFFEE for my 8 hr drive back home at 5am.

Could not cool room adequately, very stuffy. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Only ice machine on the property was not working. Very limited breakfast items.

The room was nice and clean. The pillows are small and square but it seems a lot of the hotels are using them. The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast choices and area was quite small. We ended up going to the Ihop next door

The staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. The problem I had was the shower had mold which caused the room to have a musty odor. There was chipped tile outside leading to the parking lot. We had a handicap room which was large Need to take care of the mold.

Room was generally good, but they do need some drawers. It was noisy, even after midnight, but it was a Saturday night during spring break. It is not a full breakfast, more a continental breakfast.
