The room was very clean, comfy, and nice. I loved the in-room exercise equiptment.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned from the guests prior. If that wasnt bad enough, the people in the room next to us were running screaming and partying in the hallway at like 3 am. We called front desk and they did nothing. Will not be staying here again.

This was a great hotel experience. There are only a few things that we noticed. Of course, elevators get used often, however the two elevators that are there maybe need servicing :-/ There was this grinding and knocking sound whenever we got to our floor as well as when we got to the lobby floor, and we weren't the only people that noticed, it was a little unnerving. Second, there was this knocking sound throughout the day/night, not sure where it was coming from, but we were thinking the fridge, then maybe the walls, not sure. Last thing is the elevator floors, not sure how often they are cleaned, but it looked the same from the day we got there through the time we left. However, the staff, ALL OF THE STAFF that we came across was AMAZING!! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

When I checked in I’ve never felt so welcome there were 2 girls who greeted me and got me checked in. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

My hotel room floor was dirty and needed to be swept. The elevators are clearly in need of service. The elevators make a lot of noise and when it stops on each floor the elevator is not even with the floor you are stepping on. You either have to step up or step down. And its a tripping hazard so they need to address this before someone falls and gets hurt. Staff was very nice and professional.

We went to restaurant in hotel. Only two girls were working. We had to go to a concert, this made our time limited. We order and it took so long for them to wait on us they offered our drinks on the house. Then our dinner was taking so long they said they would cover our bill. So the dinner never came we had to leave we tried to wait we actually missed the first show at the concert.
The floors in our room were dirty also.

Advertisment on Expedia shows POOL. Looking to relax in swimming pool. Pool was removed. Several other couples were upset the pool was not available during 93 degree weather.

The bathroom door handle was broken preventing it possible to open from the inside. Frequently trapped, required assistance from the outside. I once got trapped and required maintenence to come and help me, causing me to be late for a meeting.

The room was really clean, the guest wifi was easy to access with the password being last name and room number, the tv had a welcome message with my name on it & there was a restaurant in the hotel!

Check-in was poor. My room was on the first floor/main level, I couldn't even open the window curtains because you would be able to see inside of my room. Safety issue. We asked the front desk to have house keeping clean our room and for towels. Of course, our room was not serviced, and no towels. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed very much the stay room was spacious ,first room i experience with gym . If i were to complain is the laundry facility does not catch up with the whole hotel experience and the elevators need a bit of tuning up.

Sink did not drain properly, toilet paper holder was not attached properly to the wall and always falling off, toilet itself was so low to the ground hard to get up. Also had workout equipment in the room and I prefer a comfortable chair to sit in.

The elevator made loud noises and the state inspection had expired a month ago. It shook going up and down.
The shower was not cleaned thoroughly.
Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Nice water filtering and nice ice. Plenty of parking. Desk was excellent. Desk chair was comfortable. Bar was great.
