Clean comfy rooms , spotless modern bathroom , could not fault amenities . Only problem not enough veggie options for breakfast and no water on arrival during busy month - we asked for water on arrival and was told to buy it . A glass of water upon arrival is not too much to ask .

Excellent location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it very much.

The staff were always happy and welcoming, hotel decor was bright and stylish and the pool area was immaculately clean and fresh.

Very nice for short stay. Only complaint was that it is on a hill, trekking up with luggage was a pain.

Lovely property close to everything but far enough away from the crowds at the end of the day. Felt like a private oasis

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in in the area. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional - nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel so welcome. The train in Juan le pins Was about a 20 minute walk. From there, we went to Nice and Monaco. We took an Uber 30 minutes into the hills for a day in St Paul de Vence which was a highlight for us. The owners have several other boutique hotels in the area and their own vineyard with their own brand of champagne, which was fantastic! Highly recommend and would stay there again. We met other people who had been many times and always come back to this place. Special shout out to Sandrine, Lubna and Houssein Who were part of the amazing staff that we saw the most. 😃

Beautiful property in Juan les pins. Close to beaches by walking and. 25 walk 5 min drive to Antibes. Hotel is immaculate, beautiful terraces and lovely staff.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to everything. It’s a lovely hotel. Our room was perfect, with a sea view and large balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful around it- not many children, but that might have been because we were there before all the schools broke up.

The ac in our unit did not function well on our arrival. After 2 attempts to repair it management moved us to a different unit which had working ac and was a pleasure to stay in.

Excellent service. Close enough to the beach to walk there but far enough away to feel secluded and very quiet at night. Lovely breakfast on the terrace.

we booked two rooms and stayed two nights. very nice to give us one of the rooms early. rooms were very cleaned. did not expect such new bathrooms in the little boutique hotel which was a real plus. the first morning they had run out of bananas and I thought it was a very kind touch that, the next morning, they had kept one aside for my husband. it's those little thing that make you come back. we walked down to the town one night and walk back. maybe 10mns top. it feels more like a family run hotel which was a nice refreshing concept. would definitely recommend it.

Amazing in every way! Perfect location, nice clean room, beautiful surroundings and a great staff. It's quiet but still only a short walk to the beach and all restaurants, bars and shops. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definetly stay here again.

Wonderful

Warm welcome from the girls on reception and patient with my many questions of which they answered and gave guidance. Thank you reception. The room, toiletries, bed, bed linen, robe, towels etc all a very welcome comfort and quality. Breakfast had something for everyone and more in a very pleasant area to start the day. The hotel is in a very convenient location with the added bonus of peace and calm. There is a bus route less than 10 mins walk away if you want to go further a field. I would happily book again.

This hotel is an Oasis. So tranquil, relaxing and delightful. The room had a terrace which brought the outside in. The pool was beautiful and there are so many extras - from the charming massage area to the Pétanque. Breakfast was delicious - fresh baked goods and freshly squeezed orange juice with lots of pulp were just some of the delights.

Really lovely property - beautiful pool, and great views of the sea. Staff were extremely friendly too
