It was fine. The bed was comfortable.The property felt safe. It was a little inconvenient to get to. There was a weird lane change there that played havoc with my gps

Took my kids here to relax and go swimming and it was great. Rooms, gym, and the pool were all clean and fully stocked with supplies. I would definitely recommend.

It was just ok… mosquitoes in the room no do not disturb signs in room so maids went in made bed which was fine forgot to ask for do not disturb sign but have meds and not sure if tapered with…

The drivers that Transported us to the hotel and when leaving to the airport were very professional and courteous.

The hot bar for breakfastt wasnt working either day I stayed . One of the reasons that I chose Holiday Inn was the hot brealfast. Some of the outlets were replaced incorrectly. There was small holes around the outlets . There wasnt any hot water in the sink in bathroom. The air conditioner never cool off the room . The air conditioner needed a new filter it was filthy

The shuttle they claim they offer doesn’t run until after 11 pm. My daughter and I had travelled all day and had to sit on the tarmac for two hours just to find this out. Then not to mention, they weren’t there at 11, but finally showed up at 11:30. When we get to the room the floor was soaking wet and no one ever claimed to check it or anything. I’ve stayed at many holiday inn expresses and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. It’s usually a very good experience with nice people. Not the case here.

The hotel was ok. My kids were excited about using the pool after being stuck in the car all day. The setup of the pool is not ideal. It is partially indoor, partially outdoor. While a nice feature, it is too close to certain rooms and windows. Security came out to tell us that our very well behaved children were being too loud. What pool situation does not cause happy chatter from children? Mind you, my son is deaf so in order to speak to him at an already loud location, we must raise our voices. He tends to be louder as well since he can't hear himself. Very disappointing and upsetting that the hotel and other patrons are not understanding of people's differences.

Only stay one night but had only one problem , I place our jewlery in safe and when tried to open wouldn1t open and had to front desk and as I remember , the gentlemen said no problem my guy can open it which kinda strange to me , and as we was leaving they called police for some reason. But this hotel for the one stay we stayed was clean and food was good and I would stay again .

Was at first concerned about a room next to the elevator, but never hear a sound. The clerk at check in Saturday said she'd be doing the cooking for Sunday breakfast, but she didn't mention she'd be doing it alone. At 8 am, no sausage links available, no biscuits or gravy. Took about 15 minutes to catch up, but looked to be a staffing issue.

The pool was too cold to use. My room did not have hot water two of the four mornings we stayed there.

A standard room was booked with two double beds and the room only had one bed in it. We were not offered cots or pillows or blankets to assist with the fact that we had 4 individuals that needed sleeping arrangements at 11pm at night while traveling. Will not come here again due to thr lack of accommodations.
