Awful breakfast. No milk available for two consecutive mornings. Late in preparation, had to ask for juice glasses, coffee cups, coffee, eggs to be refilled, which took forever in each case. Flies in eating area. Room in poor condition, especially bathroom (faucet sprayed a bit onto counter, shower squealed, toilet seat cheap and loose). Had to go ask for additional shampoo when not refreshed. Staff young and inexperienced or too few or something! Stay elsewhere.

The breakfast was terrible. Low quality. They did not have milk for cereal because their fridge was out apparently which also might explain the greenish tinge to the eggs.
Comfy bed, spacious rooms, poor remodel though as the workmanship was subpar and our shower head was very leaky.
Front desk attendant was friendly.

We stayed during a Washington State game weekend. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only hiccup was an issue with the card reader system for each room, which the staff addressed.

Hotel is understaffed. No breakfast or coffee available one morning before we left. Breakfast worker was also manning the front desk. No housekeeping was available to change out towels. Front desk person said they were running laundry and would deliver later. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean.

I will never stay here again. I booked the hotel for the rate and how close it was to the college campus. This property is extremely old and outdated. At 3:00am in the morning, I thought there was a dog fight in the lobby. There was several dogs barking and people yelling. It was very weird. People yelled through the lobby all night long. I felt so uncomfortable with my family, I didn’t even bother to eat the contential breakfast. Please don’t stay here, by yourself it was not good. I am pretty sure I had bed bugs in my bed as well.

The hotel is tired. It needs a major update. They could not figure out how to keep the breakfast stocked either morning and one morning they just stopped refilling the food early. Terribly run hotel.

Easy check in friendly staff. I had a maintenance issue they were quick to help resolve and since the maintenance associate was not available they moved me to a new room fairly quickly. I only wish the ice makers worked and that there would have been make up mirrors available in the bathrooms

We have stayed at this location several times. This is the first time we have been disappointed with it. We were given a room that had someone's sock under the chair and garbage on the floor.

The hotel and desk staff were great. The breakfast the next morning was pathetic. Out of coffee, dry biscuits, and make your own waffles. There was someone in the back making hot food, but then put it in to go containers and sent out the side door.

Absolutely cleaned out of food for breakfast. Came down at 8 am, only 1 slice of bread, cold scrambled eggs, and cereal without milk available, had to eat out for breakfast. No cookies and milk offered in evenong due to staffing issues (or how explained to us at checkin) Drunk college girls talking in hallway krpt us up half night. Just left both tired and hungry to say the least.

I stay here often. Its starting to show its age. Shower would not drain. The desk chair was literally falling apart. The chair covering was worn and segments were falling on the floor.
