Nice hotel

Room smelled a bit musty, but got used to it quick. Cheap Uber to Casinos and walking distance to Waffle House. A/C worked great and in room fridge to keep drinks cold. Friendly staff very welcoming. Will be staying here again!!!

When we opened the fridge, we found food from a previous stay. The food had been there awhile because it had frostbite on the steak. It really just grossed us out. They also charged us a certain amount of money just in case damage was done but didn’t advertise on the Expedia website like other hotels.

Property was great except the hallways smelled like someone’s dog claimed ownership on both the first and second floors. Beds and pillows were comfy & thankfully the room was fresher than the hallways.

Have been here now since the Hurricane Beryl..the whole time was excellent, except for the last two day check in. I go to recheck in my room, and was all of a sudden charged 10 dollars. It’s not the amount , it’s the fact that I have been here a week and the last two days you want to bring up another charge . Hannah, you may be the manager, but your customer service skills needs a lot of work. Remember you are in a customer service field, being nice should be a part of your job. Linda and Frank, you are top notch, with compassion for people that has been thru a rough storm. Thanks to Hannah, when I have to travel from Texas , I will not stay here ever again because of your attitude.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast bar was great! Nice spacious clean rooms.

Room smelled like Mildew

Very friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast wasn’t hot but it got us on the road.

We loved our stay! We were right by the breakfast area as well. We enjoyed everything. We will definitely be returning.

It was a great stay and we would return. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights for a softball tournament. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice and helpful staff. Only two problems; we were put in a handicap room with no counter space in bathroom which is really a pain for two females. And I had to ask for towels at the front desk every day, a bottle of body wash, and a roll of toilet paper. I was told a check in that housekeeping only came every three days so out room would not be serviced the whole visit. By the time we left both trash cans were overflowing and a pile of dirty towels were in the bathroom corner. At checkout I mentioned all of this to the front desk worker and she said, "Oh, you could have requested daily service to your room". That was not given as an option when we checked in or I definitely would have requested it. Our stay would have been better. I would go back, but not unless I could get daily service and a non handicap room

We were overwhelmed by the kindness and helpfulness of Frank, the night manager! Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful too. And the price was fair which is becoming harder to find these days.

The property was decent. Grounds are kept nice. Breakfast had various options - sausage, eggs, waffles, potatoes, cereal, bagel/English muffins bread type stuff, and coffee machine with multiple choices like French Vanilla latte, hot cocoa etc... there's a pool and several outdoor amenities like corn hole. The only issues I had was that the room smelled very musty. It was from the AC unit. I assume it was caused by the humidity. I didn't mention it to the hotel as it wasn't that important to me. The toilet clogged up and when I was in the shower I ended up standing in about 4 inches of water, so some kind of plumbing issues were going on. I went and got a plunger but the water went down on its own so I didn't plunge it. The hotel was quiet so it was fine for a one night stay.

Very well kept hotel with clean, comfortable room and a very comfortable bed. We were even able to check in early with no issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed was a little too soft, but room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was ok. Lady there keeping things stocked was great and very helpful. Check out/in was fast and easy.
