when we got there checked in and started to unpack and found that electrical was not working in room so we had to repack and move to another room

Printer was not working for my receipt to be given in my hand. It had to be emailed which causes a delay with me not having access to a printer to handle my expenses.

Everything was great about our stay! Gilbert in the front was awesome! Such a positive attitude and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

the exterior of the property and lobby are very beautiful , neat and clean .

I was given a room that was already assigned to someone else . So I had to haul all my belongs back to the lobby to get another room I found hair in the bathtub. On the second day the card key to my room didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs to get a new key card . The phone in my room didn’t work , also there wasn’t any internet. house keeping didn’t leave any fresh towels after they cleaned the room on the second day .. I seen small roaches in my room . just a bad experience.

This was a brand new property so extremely clean. very well run - check in was easy. We rented 2 rooms and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
