Easy, good place for a quick overnight stay in Columbia. The front desk had great customer service because the first room we were given smelled like old cigarette smoke, and when I mentioned it, he quickly gave us another room that was even an upgrade from our reservation. Thank you!

The hotel was clean & the bed was very comfortable. We had the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The only complaint I have, was there was an odd smell in the entire hotel. It was so strong in the room we were in that I tried to open the window. The windows don't open on the 3rd floor. I was able to run the air conditioner & fan to improve the smell. I hope it was only new carpet or vinyl glue & the smell goes away. I would stay again if the smell improves.

I've not stayed here before, but I would again. The room was comfortable and clean. The facility is convenient to 70 & 63 and if you know your way around CoMo, the road that the hotel is on (Keene) takes you right up to Broadway instead of dealing with the Conley Rd. intersection. Online check in was easy with the keycard being handed to me straight away without any other questions. The air conditioning in the room was a bit slow, but it did cool down substantially overnight - it was 100 outside so room was really warm and stuffy upon arrival. I didn't have the breakfast, but my friend did and said it was really great with an outdoor seating area as well. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Price not too bad for a football night.

Let me start by saying everything but the bed was fine. I stay in hotels almost daily working on the road. The bed next to the window in room 107 has the worst worn out mattress I’ve used to date. There was a huge sink hole in the middle of the mattress. My back and hip are in terrible pain and the front desk responded with Expedia will have a receipt for you.

We stayed two nights. Housekeeping did not clean our room or give us clean towels. The bed mattresses were definitely past their prime. They literally had a dent in the middle from wear and tear. We usually stay here when we come to town and have enjoyed past stays but this one was not the best.
