Rooms were clean and breakfast was usual for a hotel.

One night stay, mostly fine. Wish they spread guests out a little, seemed all guests were put on same floor. Try skipping a room next time.

Uncomfortable bed, shower curtin wouldn't stay pulled. Soap poor quality, irritating skin, toilet didn't flush well. Fridge in breakfast room out of temperature with spoiled milk, coffee tasted terrible-watered down

It was very comfortable, amazing I come back and also recommend to someone who will be in need for place to live for few days.

Was there for only one night but was impressed with the state of the room and the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, this hotel was outdated. The room was not clean. Stains on carpet, bathtub floor was filthy, toilet base had what appeared to be blood on it. Elevators were dirty. Will not stay there again.

We found our room was kept very clean each day of our stay. Very pleased. We did stop and buy a bath mat as the tub was very slippery while showering. Need more light in the bathroom. Otherwise, all was well. The hot breakfast buffet was a step above what is served at other hotels of the same level.

This was the clearest hotel I have stayed in. The staff were very nice too.

The food adequate for the price. Sausage (bit spicy) reconstituted eggs, waffle iron, yogurt and milk for cereal. The gravy was some what watery but was ok if one is hungry. Close by is a Chinese buffet. A very good one at that, Logan Road house as well, Normal fast food joints. No grocery stores within 10 minutes miles or so except for a SAM;s Club next door. Pool is small closes a 10 PM

Wonderful, helpful friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Loved that we could charge our car at no additional cost. Breakfast was good too.

Good value for the money. Clean, up to date and well maintained. Many restaraunts nearby and convenient to freeway. On the negatives: couches ( hideaway) in the rooms extremely uncomfortable; pool always full of kids ( some unattended). Would stay there again.

The first room I was in had a bathroom that was not finished properly and it was dirty. The carpet was also dirty. The furniture had stains on it. I needed to stay another night and they gave me a better room but I paid full price for it. I tried to get them to adjust the rate and they wouldn’t.

I the overall experience was ok the room was not what I was expecting, my bathroom was covered in hair and the bathroom was not fully stocked with the freebies. The cleaning crew left my suite door open and that was not cool the furniture was outdated and needed to be up graded

The hotel was clean the beds were firm and staff was polite. The breakfast set up was not easy to navigate when it was busy there wasn’t good traffic flow. Food was acceptable but gravy was not hot. There were no fresh fruit options but plenty of eggs and bacon

Pros: The staff were friendly, answered all of my questions and were helpful. Housekeeping was very good: The room was generally clean and all of the linens, towels, etc. were cleaned and changed as needed. The grounds were well kept and the shared areas in lobby, fitness center, etc. were clean. The breakfast was about as expected with a few hot and/or DIY options, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Cons: The biggest negative was that my room, a King suite which I expected to be in good condition for the price I paid, smelled of stale cigarette smoke and some sort of deodorizer I assume used to mask it. Though the carpet was clean/vacuumed, there were stains and some sort of gunk embedded in it. It was not necessarily the hotels fault, but I feel like if a manager spent any time in the room it was not suitable to rent until the carpets were changed. Because no other rooms were available at that time and changing reservations is a pain, I was stuck with it. The hotel needs to at minimum regularly inspect the rooms and change carpets as needed. In addition to this major issue, there were a few minor issues: The pool didn’t open on time. I booked this hotel specifically so family could use the pool during downtime. Unfortunately we couldn’t use it because it opened late. Finally, as with most hotels in the US now, someone decided to vape on my floor and the whole floor smelled like weed. Hotels will need to find a way to resolve this issue, particularly in “family friendly” hotels.
