The reason to stay here is for the location. It is within walking distance to all the shops and markets downtown. As a hotel however, it's just ok. You don't get a microwave, there's no pool, and you can only heat the room to 73 (it says 75, but only would let you go to 73). The pillows flattened down to nothing and the blanket/sheet combo just kept getting tangled up. The worst part was the sliding bathroom door that was so loud and squeaky that it wakes you up. You could also hear other people's bathroom doors and their walking around. This wouldn't be my first choice of hotel, but again it is in a good location.

they were when it was city flats hotel. I feel there should be some updates in the rooms. The lobby and bar area were nicely decorated.

Great location. Very friendly. The room was a little noisy due to the air conditioning going on and off at night. The beds are a little soft. No carpeting on the floor. Unable to raise the temperature on the thermostat. Web excess is great. TV has lots of choices. Good breakfast.

Everything about this stay was amazing: the location, the cleanliness, the modern room. But what I loved the most was the kindness and effort of the staff to make our time here special. They really went out of their way to make it memorable, and at a time when it’s difficult to find good service, it was a breath of fresh air.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were very surprised and pleased. Convenient, just one block from downtown so you can park and qalk to shopping, food and bars, as well as sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again.

I showed up a bit prior to check in and Jody was able to get me into a room, very grateful after several hours of driving to be able to freshen up before heading out to dinner. They do a happy hour on site, however I usually try to always get off property to check out local dining options instead.

Conveniently located at the center of downtown allowed us to visit a variety of restaurants and sample drinks without the burden of an Uber or driving. Safe location, modern room and amazing shower! Tall ceilings and practical use of space.

Hotel was fine however more for business travelers not a girls weekend hotel. Beds are positioned in room head to head each with own tv which is silly. Shower is open no door with sink in living area odd.

This is a wonderful hotel. This was our first stay at this hotel and it was excellent. The room had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the soaking tub in the room. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a dessert brought to our room. All of the staff we encountered were great.

The 3 star review was due to some allergen in the room. I suspect it was the AC vent. Terrible runny nose that disappeared upon checkout. Other than that, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is wonderful.

It was a great place to stay to enjoy the Holland nightlife. All the good restaurants and shopping was within walking distance of the hotel. I was very happy!!

The stay was overall good. Nice clean room and hotel. Was disappointed the bar/restaurant was closed for one of the days we were there. Had planned to stay in and have dinner but instead was unable to enjoy the “amenities offered” such as dining in/room service

When we checked in, there was a sour smell out of the elevator. Then we had no hot water at any of the faucets (we checked on before we got into the shower). In the second room, we found broken glass in the shower (no go obviously).
We found no other problems with broken glass or hot water (or cleaniless fine), but the shower water pressure was just enough satisfy my wife and me. We when we complained to the desk, she said she couldn't anything with the price (no deluxe room which we ordered) because of the third party was in involved. We will talk DIRECTLY to the hotel in the future.
