The hotel was clean and the location is great. The staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. It can get you started however I prefer having more protein.

The pool was out of order.

Front desk staff were all very pleasant. Mike tried very hard to resolve my issues.

My shower didn’t work and I had to get a key to another room to take a shower. My coffee maker didn’t work.

Staff was good.

Hotel is dated, pool out of commission, breakfast very minimal.

The room smelled horrible upon check in and continued the entire stay. The toilet didn’t work properly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When arriving I had scheduled for early arrival but it had not been noted!. The front desk very helpfully made sure we were able to get in to our room regardless. I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom needed updating was dingy. But it was clean

The ice machine was out of order, the hallways smelled of cigarettes and the beds desperately needed to be replaced

The property looks run down. Carpets look old and stained. Room doors are outdated and need paint. Ice machine is broken. Their so called breakfast is a joke.

Lobby was updated and the rooms were clean

Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was a joke! No piece ofbread or bagel or sth like that. Only Cheerios (poor quality) with milk or waffles with maple syroup. It was very disappointed.

Great staff

The bathroom ceiling were falling in and painting coming off the walls. No toilet paper. The lights did not work.

Expensive for property condition. We had blood on our comforter. When we told the staff the only reply given was "I'll let housekeeping know." We also has no toilet paper in our room and only a couple kleenexs. There was only one staff member working in the whole hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Hotel double charged our card. The extra charge has still not been refunded. We forgot some items in the room and when we realized it a short time later we called and was told that it wasn't turned in by house keeping and that we would have to wait until the next day for the manager to check and for use to retrieve our items. We were on a trip and could not just wait around another day to get our property back.
