This is a wonderful hotel near the center of Alpbach. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and quality selections including eggs cooked to order. On-site parking. There is a well stocked honor bar on the lower level. The free city pass which allows you to take a free the bus to the local ski mountain for a ride to the top is a nice benefit. Lastly, if you stay here you will get a chance to meet one of the treasures of Alpbach, Gitte (Brigitte). She is the property owner with so much energy, enthusiasm and heartfelt friendship for all. She always seemed to be nearby. Just look for her golf cart. This hotel offers great value, please give it a try.

This is the most hospitable stay in our 20 day trip in Austria and Italy. Gitty (Brigitta) is incredibly helpful and engaging. From our greeting at arrival to our departure days later, Gitty was making sure we were taken care of. Also we got free chair passes and bus passes so we could continue hiking the Alps with ease. The food in Alpbach was incredible as was the breakfast bar here.

The place is great, pretty new, good space and awesome town. The host excellent.
There is a card to have some amenities without cost around the town, but we didn´t know it, so will be great that the host send email before arrival with the information.

The owner of the house, Gigi was wonderful! Her customer service was beyond 10/10. Very kids friendly. My son enjoyed speaking Deutsch with her, so did she :)

Gitti is the absolute best! We were exhausted from driving but found the place right away. We had barely parked and Brigitte was already standing behind our car to welcome us. It was like i came to visit my mom. She was sso welcoming and put huge smile on our faces immediately with her funny and happy personality. She personaly escorted us to our rooms which were awesome. Super clean and cute with hearts all over. She invited us to her sunny patio for a beer. Sat down with us for a bit for dinner recommendations and laughs. Anyways long story short. House aamazing, view amazing, people amazing, brakfast amazing! For what, 60 bucks? If you want a Tirolean experience, stay there

Very quaint hotel and the lady who owns it is fabulous! She let us choose our room, made sure we were comfortable, and made us a great breakfast in the morning. A great place to come and relax! We will hopefully be back!!

Lovely little guesthouse, very well run by Gitti, who takes an interest in all her guests and is always forthcoming with information to help their holiday go smoothly. Great breakfast. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful little hotel nestled in the village of Alpbach. Warm, welcoming, and hospitable staff!! We felt as if we were staying with family. Nice, clean hotel with a delicious breakfast!

We expended three days and the "apartment" was very clean and comfortable. Two rooms and one living with a full kitchen. Brigitte always helped us. We have everything around the hotel. Bus, sky school, sky rental, restaurants, supermarket.

This is excellent value for money. The room is very clean, we may have been lucky to get a balcony with fantastic views & if you're tall the sloping roof may cause an issue (but we're both reasonably tall & it was worth having to duck to get the views from the balcony). Breakfast included & reasonable choice. The owner could not be more helpful providing maps & tips onwhere to go. Overall highly recommended for the price.
