The buffet breakfast is included and foods are excellent. There are hot and cold fresh vegetables which usually not offered by other hotels for breakfast.

Hotel seemed a little lifeless. However there were lots of people at the very good breakfast.
The hotel has a restaurant - but it was not open, except for breakfast, on weekdays
The hotel needs to improve sound-proofing. We had a very heavy footed person in the room above us.
We had a room 'with balcony'. Perhaps that is just a bad translation from the Canadian French. The room was actually a ground floor room with a door to an outside patio.

The room, wasn’t clean. Lots of hair in the bathroom and shower. Lots of noice from a group of peaples

The hotel was good! The room was nice. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. There were scrambled eggs, ham, sausage beans, veggies and potatoes. There were waffles, fresh fruit,cheese, muffins and more. The staff were very friendly. Great place!

Most of hotels there were ok but once I went to the victorin it was much cheaper and better or we can say excellent compare to the dumps I was in for double the money

For me, this was a nice travel hotel, but it looked like it could accommodate groups quite easily. The highlight was the breakfast offering, which was varied and notable for a hotel of this type. The gym offering was somewhat less than hoped for.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was very worn. The carpet had stains, and the air conditioning unit was coming out of the wall on one end. We had to kill a huge bug crawling down the wall the minute we got into the room. The room was not well-lit at all. The chair in the corner of the room was so worn that there were cracks in the upholstery, with cloth showing through.

The hotel front exterior was under renovation so the front door access was unavailable and the side door didn't have easy access. Other than that, it was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding and the staff helpful and charming.

Comfortable room. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was good but both of the coffee urns were empty and we had to ask them to brew some. We didn’t get coffee until we were done eating.

Pool was perfect for kids. Breakfast options great, just available time too short (6:30 am - 9 am). Shower was moldy, balcony is shared with everyone on the floor-no divisions between rooms; AC did NOT work in the room-very hot over night. "Balcony with a view" of the parking lot (!!!)-not worth the price... geez! Construction going on in front of hotel-no mention on the Expedia website about this.

Housekeeping did not come in every day. My bed was not made, dirty towels left there, garbage bin not emptied.
That is the onlh thing I was not happy with. Staff was very pleasant and respectful, breakfast was very good, with lots of varieties and everything was fresh. Pool and spa very clean.

The check-in was not too impressive. The young man that was there was more interested in everything around him instead of concentrating on the job at end. As it is so difficult to find workers I gather one can't complain

Very nice and very clean rooms. Out back a lot of cigarette buts and some old bones.
Service excellent. Excellent breakfast. Great location. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
