The buffet breakfast is included and foods are excellent. There are hot and cold fresh vegetables which usually not offered by other hotels for breakfast.

Hotel seemed a little lifeless. However there were lots of people at the very good breakfast.

The hotel needs to improve sound-proofing. We had a very heavy footed person in the room above us.
We had a room 'with balcony'. Perhaps that is just a bad translation from the Canadian French. The room was actually a ground floor room with a door to an outside patio.

Staff was friendly- for a French speaking hotel they were able and willing to communicate in English.
We arrived at 3:30, they are very stingy about 4pm check in. Waited in foyer with 1 year old until 4pm.
Womens bathroom did not have a baby change room but the mens did.
Buffet breakfast was included- but very basic.
No ventilation in bathrooms. Very humid.

The hotel was good! The room was nice. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. There were scrambled eggs, ham, sausage beans, veggies and potatoes. There were waffles, fresh fruit,cheese, muffins and more. The staff were very friendly. Great place!

We had a few issues the first night and the customer service crew took care of the issues and made our second night more pleasant.

Although we had a few issues the first night, the staff took care of us and made our stay more comfortable the second night. I recommend that when you make your reservation that you request the new renovated section of the establishment. It was very nice, updated and very clean.

I was on a business tour in New Brunswick
Most of hotels there were ok but once I went to the victorin it was much cheaper and better or we can say excellent compare to the dumps I was in for double the money

It’s ok overall. The pillows weren’t comfortable and somethings in the room need updating. No charging station on table between beds.

Overall hotel is nice. Our room however had beds that were very squeeky. it was too late at night to try and request another room so we just settled in. Breakfast was good in thw morning.
