This unit was equipped with everything you need including wash/dryer. Alvin welcomed us with useful information. Meal options were available nearby as well as self catering. It was quiet, parking good and excellent value.

What a great apartment - all the facilities you could want: a kitchenette with full oven and hotplates, microwave, full size fridge and sufficient plates, cooking implements, etc, a washing machine and dryer with plenty of places to hang drying garments. The apartment also had lots of assorted decorations giving it a comfortable, homely feel instead of a sterile hotel room. The location was a bit tricky to find but the staff member who contacted me re arrival time gave me enough information to find it. Look for Harvey Norman and follow the signs. My husband thought it was a bit noisy (eg industrial bins getting emptied overnight) but that's a bit rich from someone who snores all night. I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in apartment 2. Had absolutely every thing you could possibly need from cooking equipment to bathroom necessities. Alvin was our host and he talked us through the kitchen to the bathroom. He is amazing and a asset to the business!

My accommodation was excellent, the room had everything you needed and more. The staff were very friendly and gave suggestions on good places to eat. Great food places just around the corner from the apartments, if you did not want to cook. Quiet location and 6 minute drive to the CBD. Close to all amenities.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was only a kilometre and a half from the city centre, and had all facilities one could want including washing machine and dryer. The apartment was well appointed, and Alvin was very welcoming, and helpful.

This motel is basically part of an industrial estate/strip mall. The studio room that I occupied was small and HAD NO WINDOWS! It was very claustrophobic and I had to move out after two days, even though I was really only in there to sleep. I will say that the rooms are clean and well decorated. But at the end of the day, they are a hole in the wall with no outlook and no ventilation.

Awful. It felt like a warehouse that had been converted into accommodation. Sadly they left out the windows. It was dark, airless and much as they tried to make it look cosy it was a massive fail. The Queen Sized Bed was squeezed into what should have been a single room. On one side the bed touched a wall , on the other I could have reached out and touched the toilet bowl, which was about 1 meter from my head. Everything was squashed into. the very small space. There was nothing natural about the room. I counted 6 plastic plants inside the room, which also boasted a piece of silver tinsel and outside the room in the hallway,there were another 7 plastic plants. The communal Hallway ceiling was painted black and the doors to the rooms a sad Brown. We had to leave the door open to get a bit of light from the front entrance door.I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. To be honest I am surprised that the complex passed registration.Overall a dreadful experience.Not at all suitable for seniors or anyone with claustrophobic tendencies. Very sad indeed.

The apartment was very spacious and decorated in a homely way including magazines and games. It had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room and a very large TV. It was located in a quiet area a bit out of town and a little hard to find as it was behind a group of shops however, overall it was a spacious and comfortable apartment. There is no reception but the manager who met us at the apartment to provide the key was very friendly and helpful about the local area. The shops in front of the apartments include fast food restaurants, a garage and a drive through bottle shop.

Small room, no windows made it stuffy. Back of complex of eateries made it noisy till late and again at 6am. One teaspoon and one bowl made it difficult to eat cereal. But the shower was good and the towels were soft.

I stayed in apartment 9 which is 3 rooms; 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms. These don't have much light apart from a small sky light. Bed was pretty comfortable, plenty of hanging space on walls, plus small wardrobe but it's adequate size. Full kitchen of which some needed re washing but I'm just uber fussy. Excellent wifi and jimmy was pleasant and left my key in a locked box as I was running late. It's located behind a gas station that has Harvey Norman plus other shops all attached.
