Nice small flat for a short stay in Lille

We had a nice stay in Escalille le Royale. It's a nice small flat in Lille central and has everything a family needs for a few days. Claude was very friendly and responsive.

Some items are getting on in years and are no longer functional.

Fantastic "escapade" in Lille

We had a warmly welcome from the man of the flat. Kindly explained everything (application for going out), advices abiut restaurants and rules they have there. We had a problem with the wifi code, but he immediately solve everything the same day. Nice flat, great location. We hope to come back soon!

Location of the property was excellent - walking distance from everything. The apartment was really well equipped - all mod cons, very warm, etc. The welcome / host was excellent and very accommodating for early check-in / late check-out, as well as having many recommendation for local amenities.

The apartment was in a larger block of flats that was not immediately obvious from the description, so the initial entry to the property was unexpected. That said, the apartment itself was great.
