I CHECKED IN PAID FOR ROOM AND CHECKED OUT WITHIN 5 MIN. WAS PROMISED A REFUND BUT HAVENT RECIVED I AM HANDICAPPESAID FULLY REFUNDABLE WHEN MADE RESERVATION .D AND DROVE AROUND BUILDING 3 TIMES UNABLE TO FIND ANY PARKING SPOTS! ON TOP OF THAT NO OUTSIDE LIGHTING TO SEE ROOM NUMBER OR ANYTHING I WAS ALONE AND WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SEVERAL TRIPS TO ROOM. THERFORE I DINT FEEL SAFE AND I COULDNT PARK ANYWHERE. I WENT INSIDE CANCELLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND THE YOUNG MAN WORKING SAID HE COULD NOT PRINT ME ANYTHING TO SHOW THE REFUND BUT SAID I SHOULD RECEIVE YHE REUND IN 2 OR 3 DAYS ASSUME THOSE WERE WORKING DAYS.THIS WAS DONE ON AUGUST 1ST BOOKING .COM MADE THESE RESERVATIONS FOR ME AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK . THE SITE SAID FULLY REFUNDABLE AND I MADE SURE OF THIS DUE TO THE FACT I HAD NEVER STAYED HERE BEFORE .

There was a partially functioning kitchen
The staff, the roaches, lack of housekeeping to supply towels during my 5 day stay. I was rushed to switch room after I upgraded due to your lack of scheduling properly or hiring process however not my problem

The service…. Walked in the room and saw straight roaches I even went down to front desk and the worker was no where to be found… room was filthy and disgusting

that one of the rooms did not serve the refrigerator and all the food was damaged. and the second room the refrigerator was all ugly rusty. The sheets and towels are not changed all week and this is the third week that I have stayed there

Don't know anything about the breakfast but I wasn't satisfied because I was not able to keep the room due to an emergency. When I arrived to bookend the price was different from what I was quoted from the confirmation.
Ambulance pick up Saturday morning and I just feel like I should have been entitled to my refund. Was given the runaround about speaking to someone about my emergency and my refund. I made reservation for my sister who had just been released from the hospital and was not satisfied. She will be out in the next question to sum up her stay.

Location was ok
There was nothing to like other than the location. The Clerk was extremely rude off the rip and then when he told me that the doors/ locks weren’t that secure, that was another red flag. Upon the room inspection, I was severely displeased. It look like a room where individuals came to do drugs and have sex. The sheets were stained and it had a slight smell. I gladly took my refund.

I did not stay at the property because I felt badgered by the front office staff.. He said my card wouldnt be charged but you allowed him to steal my money either way. So please stop sending me surveys.

Everything the key cards do not work I was locked out the hotel multiple times the person above me had dogs so no sleep because of the loudness, the vending machine took my money the water does not get hot the toilet runs forever and doesn’t flush the bedding was dirty, the person at the front desk was never there we had to wait and bang on doors to get it asked about a partial refund or a whole refund was granted and I was moved to a different room which was worse due to holiday staying was my only option I didn’t even stay in the room only to come change clothes ,couldn’t shower the whole time we were there and it’s very unsafe I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to the devil let lone another human

The Area
Everything,Where to start.. when I tell you I’ve booked through third party and couldn’t cancel because I’ll still be charged, the key card to main entrance didn’t work tarrence had an attitude because he had to keep doing cards over and over for guests. Tarrence stated to me, if I was tired of playing with the key card I should find another hotel, I replied I will definitely do that once my stay is over! It’s a safety concerning with three to four exit doors but you can’t enter due to the key card reader not working!! I called 500 one morning because I couldn’t enter so maintenance worker she not only had to give me another key it didn’t work and she had to let me in my room. Definitely a safety issue if you are working early or late nights. Also there were roaches. I have photos and video. Please by all means run away from this hotel location. The need to shut this place down and teach them about customer service., location is Ghetto at its finest!! Let me not talk about the potential harassment that’s video. Everything I’m mentioning I have proof!! BBB and other platform will know about this location.

There is a lot of issues with the place and if I were to be picky,it would be a very very long list. Some of the following were noted.
