Everything about the hotel was excellent for the price we paid. The room was big enough for 2 people, and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was superb with a great selection. Our room overlooked the beautiful golf course, and you could see beautiful Mt. Fuji from the dining room while enjoying breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Getting to the hotel is very difficult. All the signs for the hotel on the main road are in Japanese. Plus the turn off into the hotel from the main road is very hard to find, even with a car navigation system . Recommend they try to correct this problem.

The food was great. It was well prepared and fairly decent. The room was average. The best part of the place was the outdoor jacuzzi and pool! The onsen was good too.

Had problem with our air conditioning at the room but really didnt matter because the weather was good and all.

Lovely view from the rooms. Clean. Pleasant lounge. Very nice to walk around the grounds.

Rooms are clean but are rather tired and in need of renovation. The booking we made was for "room selected at check-in", which I would interpret to mean that we would have some choice of room. In fact, what it means is "you will be allocated a room at check-in, with no consideration for your preference". In our case we wanted a double bed, not two singles. The hotel had relatively few guests so there certainly would have been double beds available, but apparently this was not possible. Suggest changing the wording to make it clear that you will NOT be able to select a room. Breakfast buffet was only so-so. The vending machine beer prices were unacceptable - 400 yen for a 350ml can of beer is just too much. Note to management: at a more reasonable price, we would have bought 3-4 cans. Recommend that guests stop at a convenience store before coming here.

Breakfast was good.

We stayed there in summer and there is no sepertae AC in the rooms, atelast the one we stayed. It was so warm that we werent able to sleep properly the first night and managed somehow y borrowing a table fan for the rest of the stay. Rooms are old and have wear and tear visible. There is no washlet in the room toilets.

dirty and run down. I cannot imagine to re-imagine the carpets conditions and dusty room environment. it should be demolished and rebuilt.

It was cheap. About 5,000 yen for two adults. Use online discount.

The equipment is old. The key is especially old. Cylinder type key. There is no inner door guard. Just sleeping is fine, but women need to be careful.

Breakfast was awesome.

It was noisy. There was big thuds in the adjacent empty room. Also the room smelled musty.

Great golf course, comfortable accommodation all enhanced by wonderful, friendly and most helpful staff. All together a first class experience.

No complaints, would be great to have draft beer available on the course.
