The house was very spacious and the facility was awesome. The owner of the property is one in a million better book via the owner than any booking sites.

The accommodation price is high so I thought everything will be so Luka. 1st of all I was the main person who did this booking and paid for it but I was not allowed to enter the property the security is so terrible. My check in was at 10am but I only gained entry at 10pm and it was my birthday the entire day was spoiled. The accommodation required 12 people and I had 14 so I had booked and villa on the same day the owner of the property allowed the 2extra people to stay over for 1 Night, booking. Com took my entire breakage deposit of r5000 and fined me another r3000...the agent dont tell u anything and then u go to the place with all these surprise (it's very sad with the agent who's there to take ur money and leave u to hang 10) . To gain access in and out is like hell. U not sure if it's an holiday or u in jail.. It's the worst place ever I do not recommend any1 for going to this terrible place. Lastly the extras that comes with the property does not work eg the jacuzzi, the bathroom with multiple showers all that's there for nothing.

The surrounding area is amazing Zimbali facilities with excellent restaurants and entertainment areas

The actual house lacked maintenance. Main room curtains missing Jacuzzi was disconnected Main room TV was literally cut off

Security accesses to the estate is a nightmare on a daily basis.

the house requires maintenance in some parts of the house (I.e. missing shower door in one of the showers, non functional shower in one of the rooms, jacuzzi not functioning, noisy toilet/running toilet) the house has a dampness to making breathing challenging in the house and the downstairs bedrooms in particular kitchen utensils were not adequate, for a self catering place the owners need to ensure they provide adequate kitchen utensils (pots, serving dishes, knives etc) the pool and braai stand were also not clean upon our arrival

The bedroom curtains must all be replaced, it was terribly disappointing each time I walked into the bedroom. The pillows were very uncomfortable, must be replaced, toilet paper for 12ppl for 3 nights must be sufficient.
