Het slot van de voordeur is moeilijk te openen, de lift is wel erg klein. Het lawaai in het station hield ons wel eens wakker, misschien kan er bij een vernieuwing beter isolerend glas geplaatst worden.

The property was quite hard to find and up some steep steps from the station. It is also on the 3rd floor of the building! (Apparently there is a lift but it never came!)

Our room was full of humidity and had a huge wet humid stain with blattering paint on the wall (not good for people with health issues). The bathroom and the toilet are outside of the room across the breakfast room, which makes that other guests see you every time you have to go to the bathroom. Bathroom was also very humid and had a strong smell of fungus and mold. Our room was next to the train tracks of the station which woke us up in the early morning hearing the constant sounds of the passing trains. On top of this all, leaving the room in a hurry in the morning, we forgot a phone charger that was "not found". Very dishonest and unnecessary in these modern times. Very bad experience.

The breakfast and atmosphere were superb!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, I even was asked about what croissant I'd prefer in the morning! My room was quite spacious, so was the bathroom, the bed was large and comfy. You'll walk about 5 minutes to Genova Brignole station and just some more steps to city center. There's restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The walls and the room door seemed quite thin, so I woke up several times at night when people arrived late or flushed the toilet or showered.

The host was very welcoming and kind. Great with kids. Checked in advance what flavour of croissant each person wanted for breakfast. He was very accommodating of our early departure on the 2nd day and ensured we had access to breakfast items to take with us (despite our departure being before the official breakfast hours)

We felt a little uncomfortable going through the dining room to the bathroom (I knew it was private/external but didn't realise it would be through the dining room... some guests were sitting there in the evening, so we were reluctant to go and have a shower). Also, some peeling paint from a moist wall in our room flaked onto a bed/dresser overnight.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent; such a lot of choice! We could leave our bags, go sightseeing, then pick them up to walk the short distance to the Brignole Station.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage there after check-out. Close to the metro.

Exceptional!! They exceeded mx expectations! Luigi is such a nice and welcoming Person. He helped us with the luggages and fulfilled all our wishes. It is super clean and the train/metrostation Just nearby. We will come Back again!! Thank you so much 🌸

The host is welcoming, so it does not have the impersonal character of a hotel, there are several studios on the same floor and the host also lives there. Satisfying breakfast, it was a pleasant experience being only in transit.

A most interesting place surrounded by musical instruments. paintings and especially books. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was amazing! Our stay was brief, but we will definitely stay there again not just for the location but also to have the opportunity to go through some of the books in the room. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The location was convenient to the train station and to traveling into the center of town. The host was friendly and helpful and they let us store our luggage after check out so we could explore the city before leaving. The rooms were decorated by theme, which was much better than the average "ikea" furnished room, albeit a bit cluttered. Breakfast was lovely.

We didn't realize that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom and we had to go through the common area to access it. It wasn't a big deal as it was only for our use and was very clean.

The pictures don't do this wonderful place justice - it's beautifully designed and run with passion. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was stunning, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom modern and big with a window and massage shower. Wifi worked great and we absolutely loved the breakfast! It's also great that you can stay until 11.30am and after that leave your luggage for free to discover more of the city (15 mins walk to the center, 20 to the old port). We only stayed for a night but would've wished to stay longer.

The place is spacious, nice and clean, the breakfast was great, the hosts super friendly and of course in an amazing location to go around the city.
