Clean, good room.

The accommodation is ok, looks more like the owner runs it as a workers accommodation. Our room was reasonable clean, and slept ok.

The host charged extra €10 for late check in and I wasn't aware of this fee when I made the booking. The host doesn't provide towels for guest which I knew about as it was mentioned in the listing description however I think towels are just as basic as bedsheets. The host only speaks Russian and no other languages so communication wasn't easy. The bathroom had some body hair (assumable from previous guests) in the shower. The house/street is quite noisy with people partying or talking laud, maybe just our room was facing to an unfortunate direction, and other rooms are more quiet.

A nice place. Quite big appartments. Well equipped kitchen. A balcony/terase.

Simple and small bathrooms. Quite hard to find the "reception" entry where to get keys. Moskytos :-)

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment, kind and helpful host, car parking beside. We can recommend this accomodation.

I spent a wonderful weekend there with my fiance, great location, helpful friendly host, clean rooms. Only a few minutes away from the closest supermarket, well-furnished apartment.

A little short on kitchen equipment, and the ones we had weren't cleaned well previously.

Location is great, few minutes from centre. It is quite and parking space in front of the house. Also the price was very low according to the other hotels in town. We were here for two days and used appartment only for sleeping.

Matresses. They were really bad, I woke up broken :/ The bathroom is old equiped and there is a gas heater very loud during the night.

Good location, closed to the city center and to the spa. Hot water in the bathroom. We were accommodated in Apartments no.1

Easy equiped, I am not sure if kitchen appliances were working (we didn´t know how to turn it on). The staff didn´t speak english. Based on reviews, we had no idea what language are they speaking. We found out on the spot that the guy is Russian - he spoke to us russian only and he did not try to speak another language (in the end he had to say a few words in English because he needed information from us for check-in). I can imagine he is very kind when he has guests from Russia, but to us communication was difficult.

The location is close to the centrum even tho the city is small and everywhere you can go by walk.

Dusty and not clean at all. I had to ask for a fan because the room was hot. The rule of the place was ridiculous as a guest they asked for us to clean the place. There were no soap for dishes and the dishes were dusty and God know when was last time they cleaned the place.

2 bathrooms, separate 2 bedrooms and kitchinette

No Air Con, old equipment. Night lamp besides bed dangerouse. As an revision tecnique in my profession, this is unacceptable to use it without immediate repair. See the photos.

The owners of the property were very friendly and talkative, an appartment was very clean, cozy and nice. Also the place itself is very nice, not far away from the Heviz lake. We would lile to come back one day to Heviz and definetly would stay at the same place one more time.

Everything was more than perfect.

Location - 15 minutes by walking to Heviz Lake what is accaptable since there are not enough parking facilities in the town.

Initially the owner/manager proposed us the rooms in another location that were dirty and stinky. He said that they are the same as we booked. After I showed him photos from my reservation he gave us the actual apartment. It required moving all the bags from one building (2nd floor) to another (2nd floor). The actual apartment was better but: the kitchen was old and not completely cleaned, the bathrooms were not also in good condition. Bedrooms were acceptable. Due to CIVID risks we cleaned all the taps and door handles, surfaces of tables. It seems that no one really cared for this since they were dirty. The parking facility of the apartment is very poor. Either you park on the street or you risk to be blocked. The owner/manager let someone blocked our car for half a day. We could not move our car. It is a shame!
